Craftable enables us to house our entire purchasing and receiving process, inventory audits, recipes, data analytics, and much more in one place.

The ability to interface with our point of sale, time clocking, and accounting platforms give us a virtual one-stop-shop for many of our most important KPIs.

I can't think of anything we dislike about Craftable. I've personally been utilizing Craftable and working with the team there for over five years. They are continually improving and innovating their product, and their customer service is top-notch.

Of significant importance to us is the ability to see our multiple location operations in one place. We can easily monitor purchasing and inventory levels across the company and quickly spot issues. The integration with our accounting software allows us to be much more efficient at the store level and in our accounting office—no more hand-coding and entering invoices.

Very easy to use, very comprehensive, and customizable. Excellent support.

In the inventory program, the user does not have the flexibility to delete product, only inactivate. This sometimes causes confusion among new users.

It is much easier to keep track of inventory, when the last inventory was done, and to keep closer track of waste.

User-friendly, engaging (it's a great looking platform), functionality is perfect, customer service is top-notch (patient, knowledgeable and most importantly available).

Pricing strategy, marketing and inventory management processes. Invoices and items were easy to enter so the most important step to finding accurate recipe pricing was always smooth.

How easy it is to add new items and the excel exports. Very easy to find historical data.

Everything works well, I do not dislike anything

Make sure to update your new items as they come in and get rid of items not being used anymore so your inventory is not so long.

More accurate inventory

The user friendly program is great for managing all beverage inventory from your phone or computer. It makes inventory seamless and easy to do cutting down time to complete it significantly. The support is top notch so if you ever run into a moment where you need help it's only a quick message away.

I would prefer the support option to live chat be more available.

Saving time and wage costs as well as streamlining your beverage program is a must when you have 2 or more venues. This program makes it easy to do and can be taught to anyone regardless of strength in knowing technology

Seeing inventory in real time was definitely a problem solved as well as streamlining ordering so that all managers in the venue know what has been ordered. This significantly helps with budgeting week to week as well.

I dislike other inventory systems with unapproachable GUIs

Getting the split detail by GL code of our food and beverage inventories - all the granularity I love.

It's so easy to use. While doing inventory for my bar it was seem less while categorizing and organizing my data

There are almost TOO many ways to categorize, for me personally

Take a minute to learn how to use it then after that it's a piece of cake

I am able to look up past inventories and compare them to see what we are missing or what I miss counted. This is a huge plus.

Bevager is one of the easiest and most intuitive inventory programs I have worked with. It integrates perfectly with MICROS.

All features are great! Mobile app could be improved some.
