Very easy to use, very comprehensive, and customizable. Excellent support.
In the inventory program, the user does not have the flexibility to delete product, only inactivate. This sometimes causes confusion among new users.

Seeing inventory in real time was definitely a problem solved as well as streamlining ordering so that all managers in the venue know what has been ordered. This significantly helps with budgeting week to week as well.
