User-Friendly Interface, Visual Roadmaps, Jira Integration, Comprehensive Roadmapping Features
Weak Story Mapping, Cumbersome Spec Editor, Limited Integration with Other Tools, Occasional Bugs
Craft.io is a well-regarded product management platform, particularly praised for its intuitive interface, comprehensive roadmap features, and seamless Jira integration. Users find it easy to visualize and track progress, and appreciate the platform's flexibility. However, some users report issues with the Spec Editor and find the tool better suited for smaller teams or roadmaps. The lack of robust search functionality and limited integration options are also cited as drawbacks. Overall, Craft.io is a powerful tool for product management that excels in visualization and communication, but could benefit from a more refined user experience and a wider range of integrations.

Various road map capabilities
An ability to share client-specific roadmap
The integration with the external services
The comments system is rather difficult to use
The craft allows us to give clear visibility for the developers on the upcoming goals and share the progress with the external clients on the features of their interest.
Craft is straight-forward and easy to use
Nothing really, all the features we need.
Craft is an end-to-end product management tool that organizes from the idea stage in the feedback portal to delivery with the Jira integration. Craft is helping us aggregate all of our OKRs in the strategy and tie it to the product roadmap. Since Craft is so easy, we didn't need to waste time onboarding PMs. They could start getting value immediately. The easy reports and presentation views makes it seamless to share with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Craft.io has been an absolute game-changer for our product management team. From ideation to execution, this robust platform has revolutionized the way we approach and manage our product development lifecycle. I couldn't be happier with the results we've achieved since incorporating Craft.io into our workflow.
It would be great if Craft offered integration with Confluence. Expanding the integration options to include a broader range of project management and collaboration tools would provide users with more flexibility.
Craft.io solves critical problems in product management, benefiting development teams and end users alike. It improves collaboration and communication, streamlines prioritization based on user feedback, and offers visibility into the product roadmap. The integration it offers with Jira eliminates disjointed workflows. Overall, Craft.io enhances efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making, resulting in user-centric products and improved success.
Craft.io provides teams seeking efficiency, collaboration, and seamless product delivery (from strategy to execution). It has an incredible amount of customizable features that cater to the unique needs of different organizations. I can create different views regarding my backlog, prioritization, and roadmaps for different audiences. There are templates that I can leverage to help with ensuring best standard practice. With Craft.io's robust integration capabilities with tools such as Azure Devops and Jira, I can synch with downstream delivery teams' workspace. They can see priority changes, while I can see planned work items and progress updates. The feedback portal streamlines the demand intake to execution process with its ability to link ideas to an existing feature or promote the feedback into a feature. It also provides a way for submitters to understand where the feedback is in the process. The enterprise support for Craft.io is top-notch, with follow-up and customer listening sessions. They really care about customer feedback.
The timeline roadmap view auto-sizes the titles of work items to the start and end date so a long title with a short duration will not be fully viewable until you hover over it. I want more ability to customize the Craft.io feedback form, where you can customize the default fields and the overall layout.
Craft.io is helping me solve our organization's transformation to Product thinking and Agile ways of working. It allows our Product Managers to manage their OKRs, product vision, product strategy, and customer/user research. Craft.io's feedback portal is more than just an intake form; it's ability to link to existing backlog items, add status (both internal and external view), and capture comments and internal notes streamlines idea/feedback management. A prioritization method like WSJF or Moscow is a must for PMs, Craft provides templates that can quickly get me started to prioritize the backlog and share this as either a shared view or send the information down to another agile tool like Azure Devops. This saves time and allows for real-time transparency in decision-making.
I love how we were able to implement our entire product lifecycle across all stages of it. This is the first time our team was able to properly adjust our work to a tool, leaving behind most of the other tools we were using for all our product work. From ideation and planning to prioritization, deployment, roadmapping and feedback collection, the platform streamlines the entire process, making it much easier for teams to manage their products.
The initial setup is challenging, but once it is operational, life becomes lot easier.
Having a Movie would be great on the onboarding
Managing the entire product lifecycle, collecting feedback, managing and prioritizing backlog, creating roadmaps and creating a collaborative enviroment for the entire team.
The ability to visualize all our product data with all the different views available out of the box, or even create our own views based on any criteria we wanted is not something I've seen other platforms do so well.
It is very focused toward the product management use-case, so when our marketing team tried to use it, they didn't feel at home like we did
Craft.io helped our team organize and align all our product data and process with our objectives. Making sure we don't waste time or money building products that are not aligned with our stakeholders direction
The Craft interface is clean and uncluttered. The setup is intuitive to use and easy to get started on, and Craft offers helpful documents to get you started using it right away.
I love Craft but I wish Craft offered a few features other notetaking apps offer such as the ability to tag, a web clipper, and the ability to forward emails to Craft.
I use Craft as my notetaking app to write down all of my ideas and tasks for both my professional job and my personal life. It is easy to organize notes by day and to take notes on the fly to capture ideas to revisit later.
The objective-driven roadmap is something that we were aggressively looking for. We got it with craft.
Other than that, we are using prioritisation, capacity planning and backlog management with craft.
Looking forward for gitlab integration. We are using gitlab as issue tracker, if backlog can be integrated, it would be a great plus for us.
It's costly with per editor model
An all-in-one product management tool. It's helping us in backlog management, OKR driven prioritisation and feature mapping. Capacity planning is super useful in scrums
It's a simple and streamlined product management tool. It answers all needs of a PMO team that works with multiple teams and value streams. Also feedback portal is great for stakeholder collaboration.
Its Azure DevOps (ADO or VSTS formerly) is in its early stages and does not work well. Also, workflow automation would be great for the product management process which can be customized based on different needs.
Product management of values streams from idea to reality. Allows a company to plan, define and deliver work and enables collaboration & transparency. between business and technology teams.
