Very user friendly compared to other lease programs. Our firm interviewed 3-4 different lease software and found this one to be the user friendly. Additionally, the help support team is actually there to help and provide customer service.

As of right now, we are happy with cradle as a firm and have nothing negative to say about the program or their employees (customer service end)

It is helping our firm calculate and properly amortize the right of use asset and related liability for several leases in multiple companies. Without this calculation assistance, it would take us a significant amount of time to calculate and re-calculate when modifications arise.

Managing our leases used to be a 3+ day effort by someone in financial reporting. It was managed in a spreadsheet, never fully reconciled and was prone to errors. Now it is a half day of effort. Reporting is also much quicker and having all agreements saved in the system for easy access has been a huge time saver. I would highly recommend Cradle! Whenever we've had questions, Cradle support has been available and very helpful.

I have run into an issue where I need to make coding changes to a large number of leases. Cradle has an OK but not great solution for this. I wish there was an easier way to update coding to select leases within a Company after implementation.

Cradle Accounting has a lot of features to make our life easier . It is user friendly and easy to navigate. Samson is very helpful and willing to work extra hours (on his birthday and at 1:00 AM) to make sure our queries is answered asap.

I am new user, happy with the product, can't find anything I dislike.

Cradle has the feature to populate balance sheet and disclosure report in one touch. I used to do it manually and it takes so long to do so. Also, I have a very good support from Samson. His knowledge is phenomenal. I can understand lease accounting just from few meetings. He is so persistent in giving us the best answer followed by the lease accounting rule to support his explanation.

Samson was an absolute big help, I called him knowing nothing and he was so pacient and explained everything I needed to know for the creation of leases in Cradle, plus he sent extra links in case I need more support.

In my point of view, there's nothing I would complaint about.

The timely tech support waas exceptional for me to be able to continue to work with little down time. The tutorial for the background of ASC-842 were better than the AICPA official publication for ease of understanding

The wizard for setting up a lease is so easy and perfectly flexible for odd situations. Being able to export the entirety of the related journal entries into excel makes it perfect to be able to book our entire lease and set it and forget it. It's really great!

Nothing so far! It's been a smooth and easy product to use.

If I didn't have this as an option, I likely would not be following the accounting standards as I need to.
