Perfect Tool for Any Talent Team
Covey, both the platform and the AI sourcing tool, have been essential to our candidate-sourcing strategy. The Covey team is deeply invested in setting their customers up for success, unlike other tools we've used. We've brainstormed and experimented with our approach to identify and convert the most qualified candidate profiles while delivering the most optimal experience for both our hiring teams and the candidates.
Being a customer for 2 years, I can't think of any.
Covey has automated our candidate outreach, allowing us to operate as a very lean hiring team, without compromising speed or quality, resulting in decreased our time-to-hire metrics.
I can keep my team lean and make great hires. Their AI Sourcing is better than anything else I've used by a mile. The recruiters and sourcers on my team love their outreach tool. We started playing with their referral tool as well, and there's nothing like that in market. Overall ROI is incredible.
No real downsides. It used to take a while to setup their AI sourcer and tune it to my needs butut looks like they've solved that as well. Their team is super helpful and smart!

Covey has eliminated our reliance on 3rd party recruiters. We have about 60 employees and this tool saves us close to $500k per year in recruiting fees.
No downsides, it takes some time to get new roles up and running with their Augmented Sourcing product, but the ROI is incredibel
I do not need to use 3rd party recruiters who charge unreasonable commissions and I can keep my internal recruiting team lean by using Augmented sourcing when needed.
The software is great, but I really love working with the team.
While it really helps you boost your pipeline, sometimes if you aren't careful you end up with way too many candidates to handle.

In addition to being the best tool available today for outreach, it is also the leading tool for constructing complex search criteria to help with all of the sourcing needs of an organization. Additionally, they make searching through networks a breeze. The search parameters are not a mystery like it is with many of the other competing tools available today. Overall, they make their methodology very clear and transparent. Covey is the most effective single tool one can invest in.
There are some aspects of reporting they have not developed quite as much. However, this is something they are actively adding to their arsenal.
Covey is helping us automate outreach messages and follow-ups. It is helping us source great candidates for hard-to-find candidates. It is also helping us harness our internal networks and gives us all of the reports we need.
When we first implemented Covey, it was at a time when the market had become extremely competitive and we needed to be more strategic in how we identified candidates. As a a result, our recruiters were able to send a sequence of emails and drip campaigns to candidates getting them into their funnels 10x faster. Covey serves as a combination of human expertise, platform data and a powerful filter and search machine. We’ve tried other solutions in the past but none had the ability like Covey to find the right people. We closed one of our biggest hires through the use of Covey! I highly recommend working with them!

Coveys team is so helpful and invested in your company, your mission, and hyper-focused on getting you the results you are looking for. They partner so closely with you, it feels like they are an extension of their team. I enjoyed their first initial product so much. I liked how easy and straightforward their extension and CRM were. I enjoyed how they could take a teams Linkedin connections and combine them together in such a collaborative manner.
Now that they have their augmented sourcing tool, I can't imagine recruiting without them. The logic is still your own, but their system can dissect what you're looking for and run very thoughtful outreach messaging that allows recruiters more time to really enhance the candidate experience. I think this is finally an AI recruiting product that embraces the human touch.
The only thing I dislike about Covey is what it might do to the industry in the short-term. I think a lot of execs and CEOs don't fully understand or respect recruiting. I hope they don't think Covey is their solution to get rid of even more recruiters.
Covey was able to help us fill a massive role that we don't normally recruit for. I was so impressed by how quickly it happened. It saved our client a ton of money and time.

Have been using this to add, update and monitor employee referrals. The UX has been seamless and things are always where I expect to find them. This solves recruitment and referral problems I wasn't even aware of
I can't think of anything I dislike, though I haven't explored the full breadth and depth of features that the platform has to offer
