They need to develop more capabilities around AI-powered content authoring. They have told us it's a priority and should be available later this year. Looking forward to seeing those upgrades.

The fact that organizations are able to leverage the platform with their own training materials also made it a cost effective way to get the whole team accessing our educational needs with the ability to monitor usage/compliance.

Sometimes while accessing via mobile app, I have experienced crashing and have lost my place, having to start at the beginning again. The time lost can be frustrating when this occurs, though it didn't happen a lot to me.
