What do you like best?

Love how simple and thorough this system is! Love how you can drag and drop receipts easily

What do you dislike?

When you save an expense report on somebody else’s (when you’re a delegate) it’ll claim it as yours when you return to it. It then requires you to start over as it doesn’t not allow you to switch that report to somebody else.

Not having to fax or email receipts or expense reports.

"User Friendly, Quick and Easy"

What do you like best?

Quick and easy to use, this product has completely transformed our expense process, which used to be very manual and paper based. Our travelers absolutely love Coupa expenses, and as a Finance Manager, the out of the box reporting has been great to drive visibility into our expenses spend.

What do you dislike?

The Samsung/Android App does not work as well as the Iphone IOS Apps - for example, photo receipts load sideways on Android.

What do you like best?

The ease of submitting my reports and calculating driving distances.

What do you dislike?

The company I worked for just switched to this system and did not really provide us with quality training. Most of us had to figure out the process on our own.

What do you like best?

I love that Coupa allowed us to go paperless and increased the ease of getting expenses and invoices approved.

What do you dislike?

The perdiem section can be improved with getting the correct amounts to pull in.

If you are considering Coupa, do it! You will be impressed. I love that Coupa is constantly improving features and actively listens to customer's suggestions for improvements and actually improving features.

We have reduced paper in the office, freed up time within the accounting department, gained better control of expenditures, and are now able to pay suppliers with greater speed and accuracy.

The user interface is fantastic! I love that you can log directly into Coupa, but you also have the option to use the app.

What do you like best?

We can easily track and see the expenses of our team. Expenses now only take me a couple hours for the month, instead of hours each week!

There are very few things I can think of that I DON'T like about the platform, it's so user friendly!

What do you like best?

I like that Coupa gives me visibility into where my expense report stands in the approval process!

What do you dislike?

I don't like that users who are contractors and vendors would need two logins to mange their different accounts.

I think our company has really tightened our belts with the help of Coupa, especially because it forced us to begin using PO's!

The ease of using the system from a user and finance standpoint. It also has messages when the expense is not within company policy which is beneficial to the person submitting the expense.
