Introductions in a fast and easy way
This service has taken my personal and professional relationships to the next level. Hifive came recommended to me by a friend and now I've been referring it to friends.
Not a lot to dislike. I'd say I wish I could use a Hifive with Twitter to get intros to people in Pr for my business. That would be an awesome addition for sure.

The support has been good but not great. I'd also like them to unlock more features
Normally I'd have to do all of the work in email, slack and a spreadsheet. This allows for me to do more with less in one platform
Ability to collaboarat and drive co-sell opportunity with known peers and greater credibility with our clients
The product has much more room to grow and while the current features are light they are directly focused on the function they intend to do, with hopefully more advanced features and integrations to come in next product update
Ease of coselling and increasing speed for getting introductions to the right people through my existing/2nd degree network - as someone who's been involved in partnerships through co-sell/GTM first (vs. historically run via channel) I'm looking forward to see how this application evolves with more demand and trust being put on network and partner-led growth over longer cycle that direct sales efforts take

it's really focused on leveraging one of the most powerful growth channels one can have - your professional network, especially on LinkedIn. I specially love this idea of a preferred connector.

The thing that makes Hifive valueable is that it brings your network with you, wherever you go (territory, company changes etc). Whether that be channel sellers, colleuges, friends, acquantances etc.
Hifive allows me to easily get warm lead introduction into high value accounts in my patch. As I go through LinkedIn sales Nav, I often see connections that are connected with the decision makers in my patch. With one click I can send a very concise intro request into these accounts. My day is no longer spent customizing emails, texts, or calls for warm lead intros, but done in 1 click.
I can get 10x the amount of warm lead introduction from Hifive compared to doing manually.
Not much that I dislike, honestly. I guess one recommendation that I would have for the Hifive team would be for them to build more integrations into other CRMs outside of Salesforce and HubSpot.
Before using Hifive I'd have to get in touch with decision-makers via cold calls and cold email, which during the pandemic has become really difficult. Hifive allows me to find out where I have accounts that match up with my partner's accounts so I can find a strategic way in front of my target customers. Within 4 weeks of using Hifive I've already closed $25K, which is amazing.
