easy, self explaining, working solution with fast and super support team

not much, in the beginnig some actions were difficult to find, e.g. rollout for apps or rules. If you know where, it´s easy.
Getting devices and users ready for DSGVO, easy to use and manage apps and devices
I was searching for a german based MDM system and found Cortado. The User Interface and handling was the Key which made my Decision to work with Cortado. That was 5 years ago. We just switched from the On Premise to the Cloudbased MDM Version. It made my Live as our Companys MDM Admin much easier. No MDM Server Updates whitch I have to do anymore. I am still lucky with the system :-)
Its to simple. Anyone could be MDM Admin with Cortado ;-)
We are a japanese company ad I have to serve several european company offices with a MDM. Rolling out a MDM via Apple DEP or via QR Code Installations makes my work much easier.

Cortado MDM is used for the central administration of all in-house tablets. The fine authorization and software distribution are particularly useful. That saves a lot of time. For data protection reasons alone, there are hardly any alternatives to use. An absolutely worthwhile investment!

we went on premise at first, this is kind of time expensive with updates / we would recommend to go straight into the cloud solution

Easy to set up with a little technical understanding, and if you book the installation from Cortado, you really have professionals with the set up. The support is also top. We are completely satisfied and use it for our technicians in the field. The latest thing that you can install your own akp APP is also great, so you don't just have to trust the APP's in the Google Shop and can use your own
The license renewal is too cumbersome to renew, that could be better implemented

No idea. Everything went and goes perfectly for us. The support is first class. My problem at the beginning was that I didn't know there was a ticket system and waited a little longer for an answer until I saw the ticket system and saw that the answer had already come.
We had a problem with the WLAN settings. Support saw this very quickly and brought it to our attention. This saved us a lot of time. He also integrated our devices via ZeroTouch, so importing the devices was much easier and faster.
