What do you like best about Corrigo?

Work order management is very great future, which is to track and manage work orders efficiently. also allows for easy assignment of tasks, real-time updates on work status, and automated workflows to improve productivity.

What do you dislike about Corrigo?

No dislike for anything on my side, which one i used.

What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have solved our Work order management and Vendor management problem solution. Also, we get the central answers for our track performance and collaborate with external service providers.

Asset management has never been better

Tracking work and reporting updates are more convenient

PROS: I love this user-friendly software! It allows me to adjust sites remotely, monitor its performance, and produce reports using just a single software.

CONS: The uploader sheets could be better. It's prone to errors even if you commit a minor mistake. They could make the old work orders more accessible.

Customizable software

PROS: Corrigo is a highly-customizable app. We find it necessary so that it could adapt to the needs of our team and business.

CONS: There is no documentation available. It's important to resolve an issue without calling customer support.

"Amazing Customer Service"

What do you like best about Corrigo?

Quick response times to inquiries. Seamless capability and knowledge. Thoughtful and inquisitive responses to get the customer exactly what they need. This site is good to use for budgeting purposes and identifying where your having the most issues at your facility.

What do you dislike about Corrigo?

Nothing I can think of really. We don't use this system to its full capability, so maybe if there was a similar one without the financial piece.

Tracking repair and maintenance costs, evaluating where most of our company's problems occur. We use it from a facilities perspective as a hub for people to submit requests for issues they are having.
