They are very supportive of our goals as a company. They take feedback onboard and turn it into action.

They are allowing Curve to speak to our customers over the phone. They have also created IVR infrastructure that will soon allow us to route these cases to the right team internally.

As a regulated business, we're required to have a telephone system (with call recording capabilities) for our customers to be able to reach us. As a startup, we needed a flexible system that we could tailor and was capable of dealing with call volumes for a small team but also with the ability to scale as we grow the business. Cordless has been absolutely perfect for us - highly recommended!

Cordless is a great solution for calls. I especially like using it via browser where it provides a very easy-to-use yet feature-rich environment to make, receive and log calls. Reporting and tracking are aided by AI features as well as customizable manual options. The CS and engineering team are very attentive and provide rapid answers. Integrations with intercom and Ai summaries show promise.
Occasional lag of a second or two to update calls lists but this doesn't hinder workflow.
Allows a full CS solution for inbound and outbound calls without the traditional infrastructure. Aids productivity by discretely integrating with other BAU.
Every time I have a question, the team is very quick to answer and help out. The team is always willing to jump on a call when needed and very reliable.
I think the portal could be a bit more detailed and user friendly.
Cordless provides transcripts of calls as well as a live phone line for customer experience.
The team at Cirdless are very receptive to our needs and do their best to note them down and work on adapting to our requests where possible.
They also communicate really well and ensure we're always lept in the loop.

We are in the early days of scalling our solution across multiple countries. Cordless has provide a simple to use solution that makes connecting to our customers a breeze. The ability to review transcripts, create call journeys and manage team access in a simple to use interface, has been ideal. Not to mention the team at cordless were super supportive during our onboarding journey and continue to provide quick and personal support when questions arise.
Being new to using a call centre we have yet to hit a dislike with the system. It has all the functionality we were looking for in a virtual call centre for our small team.

Our Support team is using Cordless for calls, and I can say that the sound quality is excellent, easy to use, and we can always extract a lot of data needed for the normal functioning of our team.
The platform is very clean to use
The transcripts make it a lot faster as a manager to review calls (although the transcript can sometimes be inaccurate!)
Bugs that prevent calls coming through to online team members and cause them to come through to offline team members

Call quality is great and very easy to manage incoming conversations. Setting up our flows was done perfectly and the team are very happy to help with anything. Brilliant service and a great product to go along with it.
There are limited integrations at the moment, but I know the team are working hard to bring these to the platform so create a complete CX view across multiple touchpoints and platforms.
Our previous solution relied on porting to our team's phones. This lead to multiple missed calls, poor call quality if the agent had poor recpetion and poor customer experience. With Cordless all of this is solved through answering the call on your laptop and great call tracking.
