CoPilot AI helps us to grow our LinkedIn following without being actively involved - or even visiting the LinkedIn site! Our CEO now has 7,000 followers and our organization will soon surpass 3,000. We have also started developing an excellent list of qualified leads.
Set up takes patience and trial and error. But this is part of the customization process, and is not a tech issue. We were able to provide CoPilot AI with a large list of professional titles and organization types that we're interested in, which made customization easier and more effective.
We are a small organization with less than 20 people. We don't have the luxury of assigning staff to growing our LinkedIn presence, but LinkedIn is very important to us. CoPilot AI allows us to achieve our LinkedIn growth goals, gather leads and drive attendance to our events without spending hours on LinkedIn or babysitting LinkedIn.
It automates the process of prospecting in Linkedin, I just need to check my inbox to take over the the warm conversations.

Customer service is fantastic. As a subscriber, you're assigned an Account Manager and that person is available as required. You're able to create multiple campaigns, so you can vary your message and the audience you're trying to connect with. The portal is easy to use and all the information displayed allows you to see a clear ROI per campaign.
Nothing really. The only downside is on LinkedIn's part, as they restrict the number of invites you're allowed to send per day.

There's honestly not a ton I dislike about CoPilot. I suppose I'd love to pay less, but you get what you pay for, ESPECIALLY with organic lead generation, so I really can't complain!
Ask questions to your CoPilot advisor and schedule calls with them! They are there to help you and make sure you're getting the most out of what you're paying for.
Over the first 3-ish months, I came at things with a more "let's connect" approach. That was getting me some good networking contacts, but not a lot of actual business prospects. Once my CoPilot advisor and I got together to change the wording, I began making sales and seeing a lot more interest almost immediately.

I'm having trouble with the inbox being different than the other boxes. Not sure if they are the same or why; if I do answer the other responses, it doesn't go down.
