Copernica support is quick to respond and always helpful. and They have one of the best lead tracking and email marketing tools, and most importantly the ability to add an infinite number of email accounts.

There really isn't much to dislike. I would love to be able to create responsive macros that can include a pdf function! The only thing I wish would be that there was a tab for all the leads in the account.
