I like all the different activities we can engage with through Cooleaf, it helps me detach from my work day for a bit and I always look forward to reading my coworker's responses and of course... earning points! Rewards are always greatly appreciated and definitely motivate me to keep joining different challenges.
I don't really see any downsides, though sometimes I'm unable to participate in all events if I don't relate much to them or if I had PTO and came back way too close to them ending. I'd love it if there were minigames.
I think it serves as a small-reward system. We all love to be appreciated, and working towards gaining points you can then change for something fun as company apparel or even gift cards to your favorite shop is rewarding and fun. It's like an extra perk. Recently, our manager mentioned we'll be implementing Cooleaf as a way to recognize our efforts so definitely looking forward to that!
What I like about Cooleaf the best is the challenges we can do. Not only are they fun but we get to earn points for gift cards. It lets employees and employers recognize others quickly.

nothing, the user experience is also top notch. but they should start rewarding for recognising someone, it could be as little as 10 points.
it is solving the problem for people who are working remotely. it helps connect better and recognising or getting recognised is rewarded.
I love how easy it is to use Cooleaf for recognition of peers. Obviously, saving points for gift cards is fun, but being able to MEANGINGFULLY recognize my peers is a huge perk of the job and I love to surprise them with a quick "Great job"!

In some of the contests that require voting it is not clear enough that you need to select the ribbon to vote and most people just like a post with a heart. It's a little confusing and should be more clear.

I like how we encourage and recognize each other for their accomplishments and good deeds toward one another. So, just tap me on the shoulder and say "you did a good job today" or "don't worry, everybody has bad days"...either way you acknowledged that you "SEE ME"
