Very easy to install, step by step explanation according to your countries policies. Integrates nicely in our e-commerce. Nice design, customizable colors even in the free version, a cookie policy that doesn't take too much space on your website and that you can easily access and change preference anytime. We use it now everyday. Moreover, the help center is very reactive and competent !

I tried another Cookie plugin but it was horrendously complicated! So I gave CookieYes a try - a different experience all together. Very simple to set up (even for a non-techy person like me). Excellent support too, even with the free plugin.

Great solution and great support. Very simple implementationm and the free version has a good number of features.

The price for the premium version is quite a bit steeper than other premium plugins. It's unfortunate because if it was at least competitive in pricing, it would be my agency's top choice.

It is our free solution to law 25 for sites that are a little dates and stuck in older Wordpress versions. CookiesYes does not break our sites and seems to not clash with other plugins that we are using.

CookieYes is easy to install and use, even for someone not very experienced with WordPress. It lets you customise a lot of your cookie messages, but prevents you from changing anything that would make you break the laws and regulations.

What I liked best is the customer service. Alex as very helpful, provided very detailed advice and took the time to follow up with me to make sure everything was working fine.

I genuinely do not have any complaints about the service. The overall experience has been fantastic, even with the challenges I faced. CookieYes was easy to set up and customize. We use CookieYes for a SaaS with millions of users. We had an issue with the CAPTCHA integration and after contacting CookieYes support, it turns out it's our misconfiguration. The response was fast and professional.

We miss the ability to invite other team members to manage our cookie compliance. There is also no SAML auth as well.
