As above, with other cookie banners visors would turn off all cookies rendering our sites useless. We also find it easy to scan and keep our websites uptodate which can be tricky!

The customer support is very bad. They rarely help with our problems. And it is difficult to use the custom cookies on the site, they will block it. This is something I found, they need to improve this.

The customer service provided by them is very pathetic. Their response time is very late, and sometimes they won't even respond. The tool is also a little complicated to understand.

To begin with, implementation is tricky, which is why most websites find themselves incompliant while thinking they are.

Then, their support is close to non existant. They disregard support tickets altogether, when they do answer, they do have a very limited concept of support. Other than spraying you with tons of kb articles, they dont provide much.

One of their reps even said that support is for platform issues, not configuration issues- and if we can't get it right they can sel us professional services. When he was out of office- no support.

Well, they had a single task to do- block cookies, and they didn't. Sure, it is a cinfiguration issue, but there is no indication at no point on whether it does or does not. You need to scsn your website eith a third part tool to disvover you are not compliant (which I recommend all current users to do(
