The option that you can share pictures is great
A missing blocking option is what I think would be great since some people are just plain annoying.
Getting quick answers to sale related problems
The ability to have many options for communicating Such as @ mentions, starred, private and public messages as well.
Take a bit to get use to. After you become familiar with it, its like the larger social media app many are accustomed to.
Able to solve the ability to get clear message out to all employees and get input, suggestions and feedback realtime.
Super easy to use and naviagte. You can upload large files which is nice because, I dont have to compress or make file smaller which is time consuming
Wish mobile version was as good as desktop for people on the go!
It's solving the ability to collaborate on projects amongst mutiple people in organization. As well as organization of team work flow!
First it's is easy to use and optional we can share pictures through it. There are many options for communicating such as starred , gif's public and private messaging as well

Convo gives you the very easy installation and user control. It helps to build more stong relationship between teams due to easy use. Team work flow can be easily brodcasted.
Not much better than the conventional skype, Microsoft teams, slack.
Don't go for it unless you are not like to use other heavy communication tools like Skype or microsoft teams.

Being able to have multiple running group posts, plus one on one conversations, plus - let's be honest - GIF's has kept our virtual team very, very connected
It's hard for me to think of something that I dislike. Some of the gif's are NSFW but our team is small and mature enough not to post those. I could see it being an issue if you have a larger team that's difficult to manage.
We have a team distributed across the US and overseas - but we all have to work together to produce content, campaigns, events, etc. Not everyone has had the chance to really connect on a one on one basis so this allows us to brainstorm, get questions answered relatively quickly, and connect on a personal level.
I love they way it helps businesses improve communication and productivity by providing a centralized location for communication, real-time chat and messaging, threaded discussions, file sharing and collaboration, improved security, and ease of use. Also the UI and UX are optimised to our liking.
What i don't like much about convo is its limited integrations with the existing business software and tools which sometimes makes our job harder and complicated. Also there is a learning curve for new users which can be exhausting and overwhelming for some. last but not the least, there can be certain cost issues with the tool for some businesses with convo's pricing plans being on higher side.
For me,the most important problem it tackle is of email overload. It reduces email communications for all day-to-day tasks and make a work more productive and efficient. also the way it manages organisational conversations by threading every conversation into groups eventually makes us more productive.
Convo for my communication needs is not good. Its an app that blocks me to stay connected, with my team. The desktop version is not user friendly.
Convo is unable to increase collaboration and organization there are a drawbacks that shouldnt be overlooked. The mobile support is lacking, which makes it difficult to stay connected while on the go. When compared to communication tools, like Skype or Microsoft it falls short.
Convo with team members scattered across different time zones and locations ensuring communication was becoming a difficult. It lacks in communication and too much time is consumed. With its time messaging capabilities files are not easy to share and exchange ideas.
It is a very flexible and dynamic platform that allows adapting the available options to the particular needs of the company, this feature allowed us to effectively use the resources of the service for communication and to strengthen the business relationships of work teams with a digital mechanism , the connection is fast, simple and very useful to start professional conversations with my colleagues in the office to exchange files, documents and ideas, the interface is very interactive that allows users to create surveys, trending hashtags and create progress reports, Its appearance is easy to understand and its user-friendly interface, the devices quickly connect to the available functions.
Despite establishing a stable and reliable connection and communication, it has limited characteristics to control and establish complex business communications based on workflow diagrams that allow the administrator to make connections aimed only at solving specific problems and specifically connecting professionals who need to exchange Direct information, some of your options need to deepen your technical capacity to link more the interaction of the interface with the needs of the user.
It covers the basic and necessary expectations to be a complement to the effective internal business connection, improves the information exchange performance between the work teams and has positive characteristics that allow the user to customize the platform to meet their main needs.

It has very few cons, however I would like the mobile application version to be as good as the desktop version.
