Convin's ability to gather statistics and information from a single scorecard that contains all the necessary information is quite beneficial and can be further implemented easily by any agent to improve. It saves you time searching with Advanced filters and lets you get the solution quickly. Because this application is simple to use and convenient to access, I strongly advise utilizing it. We are now evaluating our call records and outgoing emails with the help of Convin. It gives us dashboard that we can use to get statistics and guidance in real time.
I always wanted to be notified whenever someone uses my audit template for analysing their calls. Convin is esily integrated and I am able to receive email notifications too. It's all I could ever ask for to analyze my team's calls.

Convin provides many number of features if it's related to a representative or manager. Managers can access the calls of the reps and assign assessments to the agents who might need some improvement. Dashboards are easy to access and know about each representative's performance. There were some features which were difficult to implement but customer support stood with us to integrate it easily.
There are some features where Convin can perform better in terms of UI. Rest, I would highly recommend it to all businesses.
There's one feature in Convin i.e. LMS. LMS is a collection of data from where a representative can improve their performance and eventually contribute in as many conversion leads as he/she can. Earlier, I never knew where I should improve but now I have being improving at a high scale and am able to finish off my tasks on time with Convin.ai
