What do you like best about Convin.ai?

Convin's ability to gather statistics and information from a single scorecard that contains all the necessary information is quite beneficial and can be further implemented easily by any agent to improve. It saves you time searching with Advanced filters and lets you get the solution quickly. Because this application is simple to use and convenient to access, I strongly advise utilizing it. We are now evaluating our call records and outgoing emails with the help of Convin. It gives us dashboard that we can use to get statistics and guidance in real time.

What do you dislike about Convin.ai?

I always wanted to be notified whenever someone uses my audit template for analysing their calls. Convin is esily integrated and I am able to receive email notifications too. It's all I could ever ask for to analyze my team's calls.

What do you like best about Convin.ai?

Convin provides many number of features if it's related to a representative or manager. Managers can access the calls of the reps and assign assessments to the agents who might need some improvement. Dashboards are easy to access and know about each representative's performance. There were some features which were difficult to implement but customer support stood with us to integrate it easily.

What do you dislike about Convin.ai?

There are some features where Convin can perform better in terms of UI. Rest, I would highly recommend it to all businesses.

What problems is Convin.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

There's one feature in Convin i.e. LMS. LMS is a collection of data from where a representative can improve their performance and eventually contribute in as many conversion leads as he/she can. Earlier, I never knew where I should improve but now I have being improving at a high scale and am able to finish off my tasks on time with Convin.ai

What do you like best about Convin.ai?

Its user friendly.The ability to effortlessly review, share, and collect feedback on your customer calls. Convin is an excellent tool for analyzing client calls and serving as a useful coaching tool which is easy for managers to assess and provide targeted feedback to sales teams, and implement. With the earlier recordings, it also assists new account teams in getting up to speed on previous calls and the health of the account. Support team performs very well while maintaining a good connect with us.

What do you dislike about Convin.ai?

I use Convin daily to get which deals belong to Win-win situation and where I can imply some corrections from my end. From Convin's end, everything is upto the mark.

What do you like best about Convin.ai?

Convin has greatly benefited both the sales staff and the organization as a whole. We may share "the voice of the prospect/customer" with all departments. This aids in product development, marketing, customer success/transitions, forecasting, and other areas in a very easy-to-integrate way. It lets me to listen to conversations on my own time rather than interrupting my day to phone folks.

connin.ai is amazing tool for call auditing. This is best in the market because of its ease of use and also the vast amount of features they provide through their dashboard makes my team work exceptionlly east.

This tool was very easy to integrate with our regular system.

Initial cost of implemntation might look high sometimes, but from my perspective it is completely worth it

Convin is the back bone for our sales processes which is very easy to use and we also give the customer support using our tool, the way the team has implemented it is very canonical with our CRM and it has improved our data fetching features that enabled us to draw valuable insights
