Refreshingly Effective Application for Answering the Billion Questionnaires Companies Get Every Year
What do you like best about Conveyor?
Conveyor is easy to use, and saves time... LOTS of it. It takes a dreary, repetitive, boring task from days or weeks to mere hours. Conveyor also is a champ at taking constructive criticism (on its suggested responses) and incorporating the feedback - without sulking in the corner. It will also let you know privately when your own documents contradict each other or might be out of date... you know, privately, hush-hush in the corner versus calling you out on it in front of everyone. Another huge advantage is that Conveyor puts joie de vivre back into questionnaire answers, versus the usual boring mumbo jumbo responses with spelling and grammatical errors, because of course no company wants their beloved clients getting anything other than polished and accurate responses. Customer support is responsive, effective, and professional. In summary, I am extremely impressed by Conveyor and look forward to the gray hairs I won't be getting as a result of using it.
What do you dislike about Conveyor?
There are a couple of TPRM applications that Conveyor doesn't play in the sandbox with yet, but I know that's coming, so we're fine with it. We wish they also supported the other side of the TPRM coin (assessing your own vendors versus just helping when you're being assessed), but that's the only thing I'd change and fortunately for us, it's not a requirement.
What problems is Conveyor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes the AI Answer tool takes a while to generate the answer.

Saves us so much time and effort!
What do you like best about Conveyor?
We have loved having the Trust Center to refer our customers to, along with the ability to complete questionnaires quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about Conveyor?
Sometimes the AI is slow or completely freezes up and we have to come back to it later in the day. That can be frustrating with urgent or high priority questionnaires.

The ability to use a templated design format to quickly build the site and get it into production has been the foundational benefit. This sped up our implementation.

A Trust Center that simplifies compliance processes and makes them (almost!) enjoyable
What do you like best about Conveyor?
Conveyor is really easy to use and to navigate. It allows us to centralize all our compliance documentation and make it easily accessible to our customers. We also appreciate the AI features that allow us to quickly complete compliance questionnaires we receive from our customers. We really save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about Conveyor?

As a company with customers all over the world, we also appreciate their multilingual platform. The possibility to integrate with salesforce is also useful and worth mentioning.
What problems is Conveyor solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to documents protected by NDAs can become expensive because it is based on the number of accesses granted. Otherwise we have nothing to complain about this solution.

Conveyor just fits into our day-to-day.
What do you like best about Conveyor?
Honestly, the Chrome extension is my go-to—no more jumping between tabs to answer questionnaires. The Salesforce and Zendesk integrations pull in customer details automatically, so I’m not double-entering data. The custom approval workflow can be ready in minutes, and Sue (their AI) nails more than 85% of answers on the first try. Plus, the Trust Center is a breeze to use and configure and really helps our customers.
What do you dislike about Conveyor?
When you hit really obscure questions, Sue sometimes needs a nudge—and that means extra tweaking on my end.
Recommendations to others considering Conveyor?
Before Conveyor, manual security questionnaires were eating up days of our security team’s time, leading to bottlenecks in our sales cycle and constant “questionnaire burnout.” We also struggled to keep document access secure yet frictionless for prospects and existing customers.

What do you like best about Conveyor?
Conveyor provides a resource that answers so many questions for technical personas when going through the sales cycle. I work in a remote role so having the ability to invite prospects to our trust centre helps to keep the sales process moving forward. Customers appreciate the resource.

Nothing that I can think of. Haven't had any negative experiences so far.

Simple, Intuitive and Easy to use!
What do you like best about Conveyor?
Conveyor makes the security review process significantly faster and more efficient. The ability to share up-to-date security documentation through a centralized, easy-to-navigate portal saves countless back-and-forth emails. I also really appreciate the automation features—especially how it handles NDA gating and tracks who’s accessed which documents. It helps us maintain control and transparency while speeding up the procurement process.

More customization options for branding and document presentation would be a welcome enhancement.
