Conversica allows us to reach customers who have not recently visited the dealership and may be loss leaders. We are also able to better communicate and reach further clients. The amount of people who respond is far greater than other methods we have used in the past.

CONVERSICA STAYS IN CONTACT WITH BOTH OUR SALES AND SERVICE CLIENTS, 365 DAYS A YEAR. THE CLIENTS RESPOND WITH GOOD INFORMATION, SOMETIMES WITH MORE DETAIL THAN WHEN WORKING WITH OUR STAFF.
At time the information provided by converica is incomplete due to the nature of the car business. For example, a used car is on the website but it is on loan to a customer, conversica can not know that.
i like the 24 hours a day respones we can provide because of Conversica. An d for our Service clients the freidly reminders bring in many appoinments.

There is not much that there is not to like about Conversica. The platform itself is user friendly, and easy to set up. The program itself would be easier if you could view all replies/customers for multiple stores under one tab as opposed to toggling.
