What do you like best about Conversica?

Conversica allows us to reach customers who have not recently visited the dealership and may be loss leaders. We are also able to better communicate and reach further clients. The amount of people who respond is far greater than other methods we have used in the past.

What do you dislike about Conversica?

I do not have any dislikes. The system works well with a good dashboard to see all incoming and outgoing responses

What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conversica is a great retention tool and is allowing us to continue communication with clients who purchased vehicles buy may not have serviced at our facility yet.

I like the fact that our AI can reengage old customers that our sales team had thought were dead leads.

Sometimes its to much for the customer to be messaged by Conversica and then our sales team and all the emails.

Lost leads that were not lost, just the sales team gave up on.

What do you like best about Conversica?

CONVERSICA STAYS IN CONTACT WITH BOTH OUR SALES AND SERVICE CLIENTS, 365 DAYS A YEAR. THE CLIENTS RESPOND WITH GOOD INFORMATION, SOMETIMES WITH MORE DETAIL THAN WHEN WORKING WITH OUR STAFF.

What do you dislike about Conversica?

At time the information provided by converica is incomplete due to the nature of the car business. For example, a used car is on the website but it is on loan to a customer, conversica can not know that.

What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?

i like the 24 hours a day respones we can provide because of Conversica. An d for our Service clients the freidly reminders bring in many appoinments.

Convesica has many great attributes but being there..all the time...every day...in every situation is great. It gives the dealership a consistent customer service program.

What do you dislike about Conversica?

I have not been able to get a consistent cadence with my performance manager(s). I'm sure I am part of the challenge but my direct contact seems to change a lot.

Ensure your business and sales operations is positioned optimally before taking this product on. If you have a structured sales process with lead generation and lead assignment, it will only enhance your existing process.

Augmenting our sales efforts that has aspirational goals with a smaller sales staff. We are quickly able to get a Yes/No out of our leads - it shortens our sales cycle.

What do you like best about Conversica?

The communication through the A.I. is spot on. Everything work flawlessly. Most of the time, my customer feel like they are dealing with an actual person. I especially like the feedback that our customers give back. We have been able to make new appointments, correct servicing issues and use the system to have our virtual employees create recall leads. This allows me to task our actual employees in other areas. Saving time and better productivity.

Not being able to text in the same virtual world that we email in.

The most significant improvement is making the dealership more money through better communication and efficiency with our customers.

Conversica is user friendly, and helps our team to be more efficient and effective with our time.

There is not much that there is not to like about Conversica. The platform itself is user friendly, and easy to set up. The program itself would be easier if you could view all replies/customers for multiple stores under one tab as opposed to toggling.

Conversica serves as a follow up agent for us, as an agent we can always rely on being at work. The AI allows us to reach customers we don't always get to depending on the time of day.
