It is easy to follow and find your way. The email prompts are very helpful in getting the contracts processed efficiently. Good tool to have all business contracts in the same place.

Sometimes it takes a while for the system to pick up the action you have just completed, you have to refresh the page a few times before it changes.

I am new to the company and am the administrator for ConvergePoint, they took me through a 2hr refresher which was very helpful when I had not much training at all. I am looking forward to further training once I have had a bit more time on the system.

The product is well-designed, intuitive and very modern, especially the new 5.1 version. ConvergePoint also provides fantastic support for occasional issues and listens to our suggestions on improving the product.

We didnt find any significant disklies with the software.

In our current program version, there are limitations. However the team is working hard to update the new version to our specific needs. I am excited to see the new program's potential

Before using ConvergePoint, our contracts were not properly tracked and it was much more dificult to find them as they were not saved in a central location. Now they are!
