Less paperwork - everything is done digitally.

The system could be a little bit more easier to use. Some of the features were not as straight forward as they could be.

ContractZen has helped us with all of the above-mentioned tasks. All documents and discussions regarding matters related to our organization are in one place and they are visible to all of the users anytime and anywhere.

Easy to use, rapid installation, data model and support for contract management, board meetings and e-signing all in one. The roll out was straight forward: the user interface was easy to understand and did not require long sessions on usage. The biggest benefits for us are the alerts on contracts requiring review or activity and the speed of e-signing once agreement has been reached. In addition it has really enhanced the quality of preparing for our board meetings.

The iOS client is unfortunately not as good as the mobile web version is. We tend to use ContractZen from mobile browser instead. The mobile browser support really saves the day.

1) Do use the eSigning from day 1, as you get more out of both the contract management and the board portal by doing so.

2) Try the advanced features of the meeting agenda the first times you decide to use the meeting/board meeting management. This is a good time to teach the team how to get the most our of the system.

We use ContractZen for all of our contracts, all our our eSigning and all of our board meetings and annual meetings. The alerts and the reasonable data model have helped us in keeping track of our contractual opportunities and commitments. The eSigning support was a game changer, as digitally signed contracts are really easy to deal with in the system. Our board has moved from long email threads to accountability and ContractZen, which makes the board more efficient.

All important agreements and documents and their main terms and conditions are easily kept in order and stored. E-signing works smoothly with our customers that are located in over 50 countries.

Searching is something a bit challenging.

Keeping everything in order, allowing us to sign agreements smoothly with customers in over 50 countries, helped us tremendously when we did our Due Diligence process.

Easy to use, also good in mobile app, all services you need for governance.

I do not see any downsides in using CZ - all works well!

All documents in one place - easy to use and easy to archive. Getting the whole board on board with agendas and other documents.

It is very easy to use and reminds all important dates etc on agreements.

Everything was working well and I was a happy user.

We had so many different rental deals and other agreements which had to have monthly or yearly reminders. And, of course, the virtual data room made our exit easy for every party.

All our documents are in a single location, and it's easy to find information. We use it for meeting notes as well, so they are automatically archived. Integrations to tools such as document signing have been helpful.

Some times the UI could be more streamlined, there are a lot of features always visible.

Keeps our board organized. Helps us find information fast when we need to check our contracts. Can do many tasks in a single tool.

Board room is one of the most excellent things in ContractZen. It's easy to use and provides all the necessary things for facilitating board meetings, follow-up tasks and to archieve.

Usually the power user needs to be someone from top management since the data "eyes only" and that sometimes creates usability issues and lack of knowledge when people are using the contract archive part and asks questions related to data and access management.

Board meeting facilitations among with contract management were the triggers why we ended up to ContractZen. Using the tool itself is easy and the pricing compared to the quality is excellent!

The everyday hassle with contract management, signatures, and finding the correct document at the right time was creating stress and consumed a lot of my precious time. Since I started using ContractZen, anything related to contract management is no longer a stress launcher.

I have to say that there are no dislikes for me.

We mainly use the contract management tools for internal documentation of board meetings etc. Lately, we have started to use the system also for customer contract management.

ContractZen is very easy to use where ever You are. Sharing files and contracts to your co-workers are made very simple. It is also affordable than competitors.

The only thing that I dislike is inventing the right keywords to all files so You can easily find all the right files fast and efficiently. But that is not ContractZens fault.

Just try it and You will find how easy it is and how efficient your organization can be!

Benefits that we in our company have realized are that it saves workingtime. And that way it saves money and people who works for us are more efficient and can give us more.

ContractZen is an all-in-one solution for a good governance of an association especially as they usually do not have a wholly organization but only minimum resources.

I have not find anything to dislike. Neither have the chairman of the board nor board members who I serve with the CZ. Maybe the automatic saving when writing my notes of a board meeting?

The most important thing is that the complete documentation is digital. I can also go back to individual decisions with the help of the word-based sourcing system. I appreciate the help desk as they answer so quickly and handle questions that I have not been able to formulate perfectly.
