Contractor Compliance is that tool that binds us all together in the internal responsibility system. It gives the contractor team the opportunity to show all the steps they have taken to make sure they protect their team and our works site. It gives us an opportunity to see that we have selected the best contractor for us, and work with them to ensure that they have everything we need in place to complete the work safely and responsibly. It not only starts the conversation but keeps the conversation going through updates and audits.

Dashboard reports and easy questionnaire keeps contractor safety at the forefront when protecting all of our assets- people and property.

I wish there was an email sent every time a contractor completes a profile so that we know when we can give the green light Procurement and HSE need to actively check the system for updates.

You must make sure you work with Marina and Danny-- the nicest most sincere people on this planet. They genuinely want to see the success of this program in your business and will support you every step of the way. There are a few times that you meet people that you truly know have the right focus- these are your people!

Contractor compliance connects us internally as well- we have reduced the silo thinking between facilities, procurement, and HSE. We are able to see the same information in real-time and are able to task and support accordingly. The administration of the contractor documents are all there, without trying to locate the correct drive, find the owner, and gain access.

The dashboard, is beneficial to see what is pending. Upsides are the convenience of looking up a contractor right away and seeing which documents aren't compliant.

I can't think of any dislikes at this time.

It's helping us keep track of renewals. Nice to share with specific departments to have them look up who complies instead of relying on the administrator.

I have worked with some of the biggest companies that provide this service. I have found them to be very expensive and difficult to work with at best. Contractor compliance is very personable, and the staffing takes an active interest in allowing you and your company to succeed. I found their pricing structure very affordable and a great value for the service they provide. A big shout out to my onboarding representative and all that he did, especially with what I had occurring while we were trying to get this all set up. I met the team that will be my support team moving forward, and she is friendly and personable and will be a joy to work with. I can only recommend this company for anyone that needs to have contractors on their site to perform work.

When looking at the others out there, you will find that Contractor compliance is a great asset and allows you the ability to customize what you consider essential when evaluating contractors. They also interact with your contractors to assist them in getting their information uploaded. Our contractors have found it straightforward and simple to use as well. The best part is that you interact with live people that walk you through setting up and getting your contractors on board. After their initial set-up, you are passed to a support person that is dedicated to you and can answer questions help you with adding criteria or changing it. They are friendly and very personable to work with. Unlike some others that I have dealt with over the years, you are given a general email or phone number, and that is how you interact with the company, never knowing who will be assisting you.

Great customer service, easy and straghtforward to set up and manage with a lot of flexibility, and the cost for contractors is extremely reasonable - especially compared to its competitors. The interface for clients and contractors is intuitive and easy to navigate.

The learning curve of contractors getting used to using the software, however, the support team reaches out to individual contractors to train them on the use.

We are now able to risk assess and rate our contractors. Not to mention, house all of their documentation in one place.

I like that every required document is in the same place and the same format.

Occasionally there are technical issues that make the Contactors documents unavailable to view.

Contractor Compliance is an online tool to manage contractor safety. It is very easy to implement, it is effortless to use, and it is the most cost-effective option we found. Managing contractor compliance with paper is never comprehensive and never complete, and you must consider all the follow-up resources on both your organization and your contractors. The tool manages deficiencies and notifies the contractor, and the dashboard informs you of the contractor's status. The support team is outstanding: you get immediate chat support, or you can contact your rep directly. Onboarding is a breeze.

We have no complaints. The tool works as promised.

We had multiple locations managing contractor compliance with multiple 6-inch binders and a lot of paper. We estimate that it takes about 500 hours for each site to perform the contractor evaluations each year. Now it is less than 100. Your contractor's time will also be reduced significantly as they can be approved for multiple sites with one set of documents. When the documents are entered, the expiration date is set and the tool sends notifications of the approaching expiration.

The site where I work has grown rapidly and it has been difficult to keep up with monitoring, checking and filing all the necessary documentation to demonstrate contractor competence. Remembering when insurance certificates etc are expiring is also very manual. Using Contractor Compliance shows at a glance what is still outstanding and automatically generates reminder emails when documents expire.

The major benefit is the significant reduction in administration time with the added benefit of being able to easily demonstrate to regulators that legal obligations for managing contractors is being met.
