The best thing about Cobblestone contract software is its ease of use, flexibility and features. It is possible to start utilizing the system in production with out of the box defaults and continue to finetune the setup as you become more familiar with the application.

The only downside to Cobblestone Contract software is that there are so many configuration options that implementation can be overwhelming if end users are not clear as to what they want as an end result.

We are using CobbleStone Contract Express version, which is perfect for our needs. We needed a contract database that provided added functionality to track all our contracts throughout their life cycle, and to program triggers and notifications as needed.

Fields are fully customizeable and easily adjusted. Support from Cobblestone staff is very appreciated.

So far, everything seems to be working well.

Renewal notifications are much more reliable. Retrieval of contracts is more efficient and reliable.

Super intuitive software. So user friendly and configurable. Everything I ask if possible is in fact possible!

Searching capability with Cobblestone is amazing. We are now able to search on every field we could want to view!

I most appreciate the vendor's willingness to customize the application to meet my needs, and their transparency in telling me when they can't (or what that customization will look like, logistically) so I can make the right decision for my team.

There is nothing I dislike about this vendor. The application itself can present a bit of a learning curve, but it's because of the robustness of its capabilities, which is what I wanted.

CobbleStone is solving several problems for me, including the need to speed up our negotiation process by centralizing internal reviews and approvals, the need to enforce internal policies and process flows automatically, and the need to manage ongoing contracts and empower our business leaders to make informed decisions about what changes they want to make to their contracts over time.

CobbleStone Contract Insight Enterprise provides information about the projects the company is dealing with and the project's status in a graphical representation of various aspects. Suppose the sample is not collected. However, If the model is not ordered, provide a missing reason.

CobbleStone Contract Insight Enterprise could provide the company status in other aspects apart from the projects, like how the company can improve when it is a startup and what benefits it could get if they follow specific procedures and some others.

CobbleStone Contract Insight Enterprise is solving the issues as we can see the total contract status of the company along with each contract status. Thus, the company's business performance increases by saving time.

This system was easy to set up. The entire process of working with Cobblestone was superb. We previously selected a different system and struggled to implement it. After months of spinning our wheels, we went with Cobblestone.

We got our historic contracts imported pretty easily to set up alerts and reports. Searching and alerts were used right away. Then we rolled out workflow and templates. The user buy in has been great.

The reporting capabilities are very helpful in tracking various metrics keeping data organized. The software functions very well, and in the event customer support is ever needed, we always receive immediate, professional help. We are thrilled with our experience with Contract Insight, and highly recommend it as a useful contract management resource.

There are a few features that our agency does not utilize, but that appear in various areas of the system. The ability to completely hide and remove unused features would be helpful, but that is a very minor issue. We are very happy with the system overall, and are not greatly affected by this at all.

The main issue we solved with Contract Insight was the lack of a *reliable* system for organizing and managing many thousands of State contracts per year. Our previous system was very unstable, lacked reporting features, and had very limited searching features. Contract Insight fixed all of those issues for us, and provides many other useful tools both for our agency and for our clients who submit contracts to us through the system.
