sometimes the switching is a bit time-consuming between the different content creators but that makes sense.

We have more capabilities and are much more scalable in developing content.

Contentoo saves us so much time when it comes to localizing content. Before, we kept this in-house, and it became nearly impossible to keep up with all the new content. The translators we work with are super fast and deliver excellent quality. Projects are easy to submit, and the platform is very intuitive.

- It would be good not having to make 2 different briefs if one project contains for example a translation and a proof

I can highly recommend Contentoo as a reliable partner for content creation such as copywriting, translations, and editing. The communication is uncomplicated and fast, and enough freelancers will easily support you in times of increased workload.

We are substituting for copywriters and editors due to staff shortage and high volumes of work as well as unforseen quick fix tasks.

Always high-quality work with transparency and great communication throughout from their writers.

Maybe a greater writer pool with more specifics on specialties could be good

What I like the most about the translations provided by the Contentoo professionals is the way the adapt the translations in every language.

I dislike that sometimes, there are a few expressions that, even if they are grammatically correct, most people who talk that language don't use it.

Experienced freelancers who know exactly how to enrich your digital presence. They stick to the deadlines and often provide valid comments on the original content.

The UI of the web app itself seems to be still work-in-progress. It does what it's supposed to do but I can imagine there is a lot more features on the roadmap.

Mostly translations of SEO-rich content that needs to flow naturally in the local language.

Contentoo provides a great selection of talented content writers in many fields of interest. The writers have professional knowledge and insight and are proactive in thinking along to improve content for our customers. We curated a team of fixed writers that are specialised in our industry. That way we built a sustainable relationship with out writers, meaning they really understand our brand values and writing style. Besides that the account managers are genuinely interested in our brand and helpful in providing the needed content whenever possible.

It's an online service which sometimes feels a bit less personal. But that's due to covid19 as well of course.

Since my team doesn't have enough time and people on their hands we like to outsource content creation for blogs, other website content and magazine articles at Contentoo. They can deliver in short lead times which comes in handy in cases of emergency.
