What do you like best about Content Snare?
Content SnarContent Snare has completely transformed the way I collect information from clients. Instead of endless email chains and scattered documents, everything is streamlined into one organized system. The ability to create recurring requests, set reminders and use templates makes frequent asks effortless, saving me hours each month.

If you’re tired of chasing clients for documents and dealing with messy communication, Content Snare is an absolute must-have. It eliminates stress, keeps information organized, and allows businesses to work smarter—not harder. Highly recommend!
What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is already incredibly useful, but I’d love a checklist option for the charts so that I can mark off items as we take care of them. This would help keep progress clear and make tracking even more efficient.

What do you like best about Content Snare?
I like that it automates chasing clients for info and is effective in getting info from clients.

None. I think Content Snare adds great value to my Accounting Firm!

What do you like best about Content Snare?
We have been using content snare collectively for about 4 years. From the end-user's POV (client) it's easy to submit content, they can fill it out any time, it saves as they go, and explicit instructions can be provided for what type of content, including file formats can be outlined.
What do you dislike about Content Snare?
Recommendations to others considering Content Snare?
From our point of view: Intake forms are easy to set up, customize and automate. Having all client content in one place is gold! We have found we can continually refine our processes without disruption. Content Snare support is outstanding - provide a use case, they will strategize how it can be done. They also have an extensive help area to provide easy insights on most questions.

So good it quickly turned a user into a customer
What do you like best about Content Snare?
Ease of use by both the user and the administrator. Content Snare is intuitive and communication as well as customer service is top notch. I was so excited to start my business and give my customers the opportunity to use Content Snare.
What do you dislike about Content Snare?
This is hard. I don't really have anything I dislike. It's a friction-free experience. They've truly thought of everything.

What do you like best about Content Snare?
Content Snare has been a game-changer for our team, significantly enhancing how we manage client interactions and content collection. We were struggling to use traditional project management tools and had tried them all, but Content Snare has removed all the pressure, stress, and grief from our team and improved the client experience.
What do you dislike about Content Snare?
This may be being picky, but I would like to be able to create a new request from the API so that we can include our own questions, images, and files automatically through the API, rather than having a set request that we can only trigger through the API.

What do you like best about Content Snare?
* Completely customisable, but provides templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about Content Snare?
* Easy to use and allows you to screen further questions based on the answers provided. For example if you ask "Do you have a spouse?" and the answer is yes, you can ask further questions about the spouse. If the answer is no, you don't make them pass on those questions, they just don't come up.
Recommendations to others considering Content Snare?
* You can make sure you have asked all the questions you need and have the client's answer in writing.
What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Everything is kept in one place, in a logical order with all additional documents attached.

Excellent multi-use software
What do you like best about Content Snare?
Content Snare is fantastic for its flexibility, ability to have multiple uses and the array of pre-built templates that come with it. We were using one piece of software for tax/accounting queries to clients and another piece of software for client onboarding. We are now able to use Content Snare to do both which provides a better experience for our clients.
What do you dislike about Content Snare?
Recommendations to others considering Content Snare?
The flexibility is fantastic especially with conditional questions. It means our clients only see queries relevant to them rather than having to read through a whole stack of questions that aren't relevant.

Best Tool in our Practice
What do you like best about Content Snare?
Content Snare is so easy to use. It comes with a bunch of templates for our accounting practice that we've only had to slightly customise to suit our needs. Requesting information for tax compliance has never been so easy. And clients love it. In our first year of using it we received multiple calls and emails to tell us how good it is.
What do you dislike about Content Snare?
Honestly, so far there is nothing significant!

Powerful tool that helps to automate client intake process
What do you like best about Content Snare?
My business has been using contentsnare for over a year. It has greatly reduced the amount of back and forth with our clients. If you take the time to set it up right, and create some automations / integrations with the other platforms you use, you can cut down your client intake process by 90 percent! I love the email reminder schedule, the compatability with zapier, as well as many features such as document signing, intaking uploaded files, asking questions etc. Customer support is also very responsive, and will take good care of you. If you are looking for a way to clean up your CRM and eliminate some tedious back and forth with clients, this is absolutely the way to go! Contentsnare is also frequently updated so it will only get better from here!
What do you dislike about Content Snare?
The only thing I dislike is the limit on active client forms. This can be remedied by paying for a more premium monthly subscription, however, I don't really need any of the other features. It would be awesome to just pay a little extra for a higher limit on the active forms.
What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greatly aids in streamlining client funnel and intake of their documents or requests. I used to have to have these back and forth conversations with clients daily, and it would eat into my time. ContentSnare has saved me at least 2 hours a day by automating this process and making sure I get everything I need from the client.
