- create different widgets/team widgets for various sites (for the moment, all websites have the same widget) ---> big point of improvement needed! They plan to implement sub-account management for this.
- also, you can only create one team for the moment (also essential improvement needed)
- Working remotely while being closer to your customers
- The ability to share the screen, send and receive files
- Recording of face-to-face video chats so as not to forget anything and to be able to transcribe the conversation (transcription is planned in the roadmap, but another tool can be used for this in the immediate future)
- The customer can reach us in different ways (video, voice message, live chat, messenger, WhatsApp) and even make an appointment!

It's getting better tho', and the support team is quick to respond to questions.

We want to free our retail sales associates from the console so they can take calls on their phones and show customers the products as they walk about the showroom.
It is so much easier to set up meetings with clients than other video call products. Just keep an appointment option in your signature block and your clients can reach out to you without all the back and forth associated with Zoom and Teams.
