There is nothing to dislike about Consolto, a great experience and easy to set up so you can hit the ground running!

Convenience at your hand and for your clients gives you so much control over who you give and allow access to. This tool stops you from wasting valuable time with leads that aren't serious about taking the next steps to achieve their success.

we are a big travel agency and we have a multi-agent account, we can adjust for each agent different communication channels.

we don't have dislikes, we get a lot of work from this

What do you like best about Consolto?

Appointment scheduling is a handy feature, and for those interested it is even possible to manage payments directly in the tool.

Team members can respond to customers simultenaously.

It's easy to use and install.

You can go without website thanks to their click'n'talk page.

What do you dislike about Consolto?

Points to improve, but already planned in the roadmap:

- languages of the backend (only English for now)

- create different widgets/team widgets for various sites (for the moment, all websites have the same widget) ---> big point of improvement needed! They plan to implement sub-account management for this.

- also, you can only create one team for the moment (also essential improvement needed)

What problems is Consolto solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Working remotely while being closer to your customers

- The ability to share the screen, send and receive files

- Recording of face-to-face video chats so as not to forget anything and to be able to transcribe the conversation (transcription is planned in the roadmap, but another tool can be used for this in the immediate future)

- The customer can reach us in different ways (video, voice message, live chat, messenger, WhatsApp) and even make an appointment!

What do you like best about Consolto?

I like that it's simple to set up and add to my website.

I've tried many chat tools and scheduling tools.

This one does both easily .

What do you dislike about Consolto?

I dislike that the calendar doesn't work as I expected.

It's getting better tho', and the support team is quick to respond to questions.

What problems is Consolto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to give real-time responses to my site visitors and allows them to schedule time that convenient for them.

What do you like best about Consolto?

The ease of use. It is extraordinarily easy to set up on your website.

What do you dislike about Consolto?

We want to free our retail sales associates from the console so they can take calls on their phones and show customers the products as they walk about the showroom.

What problems is Consolto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is so much easier to set up meetings with clients than other video call products. Just keep an appointment option in your signature block and your clients can reach out to you without all the back and forth associated with Zoom and Teams.

Consolto offers a wide range of features to connect with customers and to provide a world class support

What do you dislike about Consolto?

More customization options related to languages and translations, not everything is translation-ready (yet)

Connecting with clients as soon as possible - they don't have to go through a long booking process, simply check the widget, if we're available we can either jump on a call or resolve their issues via chat
