There is not really anything to dislike. With all systems, when you know what you are doing, you fly. I have ideas for improvement, but it works really well for me.
Do it take the jump to Console; you won't regret it. Will improve your productivity and accountability.
It's quite time-saving. I can do the whole leasing process without even leaving my chair. The integration of everything is beneficial. The automation and reminders in workflow help the system work for me, not me work for the system.

Workflow with rent arrears could be made so much more efficient with being able to view tenant files simultaneously as creating and sending breach notices.
When attaching documents relating to the same issue, whether it be maintenance or any ongoing reasons about the one subject, it would be easier to be able to attach/download a file that we could add every email or correspondence relating to the same issue in one file, instead of having to search through documents and finding 10 items that relate to the same thing, especially with maintenance that would have photo's of what is happening.
Water rate payments and being able to invoice tenants at the same time are so much smoother and quicker.
We can access it in anywhere even during holiday. Very smart function and very user friendly, timely back office / call center backup. Online "help" service is great.
They update new functions too often, so that even the call center helper could answer my questions about new functions.

I wish I could remove all my other products, being able to do full leasing management (OFI's, Auto entry notices etc) would be the next thing they should do
We've now managed, to make the move from a staff/property ratio of quite low to pods and a more reasonable staff ration, we've effectively removed one full time admin person also.

The workflows in console cloud are definitely a very useful tool. They streamline the process for items such as arrears & vacate especially. When used correctly by all staff it ensures that any staff member in the office can easily and accurately determine the exact stage of any process. The automation saves heaps of time too- which is NEVER a bad thing.
Maintenace- it needs a bit more work done to it to include a bit more automation however as a basic maintenance management system is does ok. Coming from a much more heavily automated maitenance system has made the transition a little more difficult however we can see that Console Cloud is making progressive steps in that area.
Look at the future of console cloud because it's growing and expanding and ticking more boxes
Keeping and maintaining notes has been big for us- a lot of people like to keep information in their head, whereas the workflows reduce this from occurring. Keeping track of insurances and compliance certificates is great too- no more dodgy spreadsheets that rely too much on human input/man power
