PROS: Confirmit has been my partner in conducting studies for around 11 years now. I’ve used it to create a variety of surveys, from simple to complex ones. It has everything you need to design surveys and collect data, making it a great tool for conducting customer experience surveys and market research. In terms of the best perk using this solution, I think it is customization features. You can decide how the survey will look and feel.

CONS: The system needs more updates. It only works well with Internet Explorer and the user interface is outdated. It would be nice if they made the platform compatible with modern browsers like Google, make the interface more user-friendly, and update the outdated features.

PROS: I like the ease of use as well as the ability to customize the platform.

CONS: The platform offers a lot of powerful features and functionalities but at a high price. It is quite expensive so if you just need to do basic stuff and won’t be needing every tool provided by this platform, I suggest you should consider other options.

PROS: Confirmit provides great and simple development environment. Designing surveys and online reports is easier and customizations is also an easy thing to do. Data can be retrieved in many formats. The bulk email feature provides great options and ability for customization. We can easily develop and manage the mobile surveys. The other good thing is that the regular updates are made. Customer service is great as well.

CONS: They charge almost everything from end-users license to data updates. Also, they need to improve the data process. In other words, the product is expensive. It can be difficult to manage user actions when we conduct SODA surveys and when we want to take those surveys offline. It would be great if they could improve the PPT export functionality.

PROS: In my opinion, this product is number one in research software market today. It doesn’t have wonderful interface, to be honest, but they provide great surveys that can be easily customized the way you want. Because of its flexibility you have great learning curve for advanced programming. Confirmit offers integrations with many additional tools like panel management, CATI and sample management, and even helpful reporting options. This product constantly improves itself and implements new technologies and features.

CONS: All these set of features comes with high price. Also, many of these tools aren’t perfect, the interface is not user friendly, it seems like it is made by programmers for programmers. Sometimes you need to make some “hacks” in order to make things work the way you want. Unfortunately, the interface works better with Internet Explorer, there are other browsers but not fully supported.

PROS: Confirmit is great for Market Research companies and it is great solution because offers powerful customer management tools. It has great platform for fielding, designing and reporting market research and as well customer experience surveys. The platform is simple and at the same time complex just to fit your needs, it provides the ability to expand its functionality. Whether you want to use 10 question surveys or 100 questions surveys with advanced analytics, be sure that this product can do it all.

CONS: In my opinion, the browser compatibility is not perfect, in other words, the program works great with Internet Explorer with ActiveX extension when using for editing the answer-list. It would be great if they could improve the answer-list and to redesign it, so it can be more user-friendly.

PROS: I think Confirmit beats similar products in its category despite some of the glitches. It may not have the most appealing authoring interface but it does offer features and functionalities for creating a survey that perfectly reflects your goals and your brand. We can customize surveys according to our organization’s need and requirements. It also offers several additional tools like reporting, sample management, panel management, etc. And since the developers constantly update the product, you can expect new valuable tools now and then. But with great features comes steep learning curve.

CONS: Confirmit is pricey. It’s not a complete disadvantage because the software does offer powerful tools that justify the cost. But it would not be accessible for individuals and team with budget restrictions. Aside from the cost, some of the features also have some shortcomings. For instance, non-programmer users may find it difficult to navigate the authoring interface. It’s not user-friendly and seems to be designed for programmers. Also, the authoring interface does not work well in leading browsers. An internet explorer is needed to be able to get the most out of it. Last but not least, some features are hard to find.

PROS: Confirmit brings a plethora of advantages and capabilities such as the ability to set up complex survey questions, customize using Jquery, CSS, HTML, etc., seamless data capture and a variety of data export options to mention some. Overall, it’s an awesome platform to use.

CONS: Some of the cons, in my perspective, include the outdated feel of the portal platform and the lack of more advanced question types as well as question properties.

PROS: Confirmit is becoming better and better. The layout of the survey designer mode has become more interactive and making survey analysis has become easier. Also, new users will surely appreciate the user manual that contains all the coding information.

CONS: Confirmit support service needs improvement. Their response time is quite high and it often becomes a problem when we are in a rush. In terms of using the platform, I often have difficulties remembering where the code is written inside a question so making changes is quite hard and takes time.

PROS: I find the ease of designing questions the best perk of using this platform. I also like the availability of numerous question designing patterns.

CONS: They have poor customer care service. Sometimes, it takes forever to reach their team. Aside from that, their manual is outdated so you may get lost if you follow what’s stated there.
