I like having all of my building's information located in one place and being able to blast out emails to segments of a building or the entire building. It tracks things well and tracks billing.
The need to open window after window. To many clicks to complete a taste. Then to many clicks to end tasks. It also needs to be updated to look more modern and needs to be cloud based so we don't have to use a VPN. I want to be able to get the information on phone or tablet when at a property.
It tracks everyone who lives at a property. It is a complete property management tool from accounting to unit management. It is a good CRM and collects all of the data needed.
Condo Manager is very simple to navigate and keeps things very organized
The template is a bit outdated with the version we use
Play around with it as much as possible to find out different ways to utilize it

I like all of the information stored in one place. It is great to keep track of units and owners along with all of the billing.
It is a bit old style. Lots of windows to close when you try to do tasks. Also, no web-based version to be able to have access on a phone or iPad while on-site at a property. I hope the next version will be web-based so we don't have to use a VPN. The web version will give more flexibility to work remotely.
With any data base make sure you input the data well. Data bases are only as good as the data you put in. It is a full service product and will serve your needs.
It is a full-blown property management software for any size property. All of your information stored in one place. Great for tracking and communicating with owners. Great way to email everyone and send accounting statements.
I liked that we could select which owners get emails and which get mailings and the options in the owner files. The customer service was amazing. We could call and get answers right away.
Condo manager was not user friendly. The log in was time consuming, it seemed like we were clicking window after window to get things done. A few days in we knew it wasn't the right software for us.
We hoped Condo Manager would streamline our associations and accounting, unfortunately, that was not the case. Had it been easier to access and more user-friendly, we may have stayed.

Total integration of owner/resident information with accounting and maintenance features. This provides the advantage of everything in one place and facilitates communications and calculations. The system handles multiple sites.
Interface is somewhat dated. Seems more designed for Windows XP than Windows 10. Reports could be somewhat more flexible however this is overcome by exporting to excel.
Very good software. Like any package sometimes you need to adapt procedures to accommodate CM. CM support will create custom reports for you but most reporting requirements are available through their wizard.
Single entry serves multiple purposes. For example, the calculation of condo fees is automatic and takes seconds to perform rather than each condo fee calculated at a time.
