Thanks to the flexible Conceptboard team, new topics can always be introduced. They are usually implemented as time allows. The use itself is intuitive, simple and leaves plenty of scope for creativity and holistic, systemic work. The wide range of features from icons and templates to freehand operation helps to work creatively. I can quickly invite my customers to the board. It's easy to use and customers can quickly implement it in their everyday lives.

For me as a consultant, coach and trainer, the distribution of roles and authorizations for the participants is not sophisticated enough. There is a clear need for improvement here.

Involvement of many people through guest access. Good and creative implementation of individual coaching quickly and pragmatically.

Preparing training courses and seminars in hybrid form is often very time-consuming. CB helps me to keep the amount of paperwork to a minimum and still be able to work creatively.

The ability to create great-looking professional displays, using templates or creating your own designs. High res enables great zoom-in potential as well, when sharing detail with colleagues, clients and parnters. Plus the team at Conceptboard are super supportive.

It's very difficult to think of any downsides.

Conceptboard is very easy to use, you can easily create boards, share and collaborate, I use it especially for issues related to Agility, review meetings, retrospectives, building backlogs, even to make team decisions

I think that compared to other tools, the cost can be a disadvantage, since there are other similar ones at a better price and with similar functionalities. I think it would be good if it had a kind of mini course to be able to learn how to use all the functionalities it has, such as a onboarding

It helps me define and agree on team goals, plan work, visualize the status, make faster and more democratic decisions with the functionality of votes, even visualize different options and add images to encourage the creative process of the team

Conceptboard is an amazing tool for constructing charts for your organisation.

With Conceptboard you can easily share files and discuss online.

Sometimes this tool take too much time to complete something that should take less minutes.

With Conceptboard it allows us to highlight and apload files so we can all get on the same page .it saves time and it very efficiency.

As I am a trainer, I appreciate learning by doing, which is possible with this tool!

Working with the icons from the toolbar is quite tricky without knowing English terms - I would prefer searching in German

We organize our team meetings, KanBan boards and workshop flows. We use it for presentations and any collaborative item.

Conceptboard it's amazing for brainstorm ideas with colleges that do home office or working abroad. But also allows to map out product do plans. It's really a powerful tool that allowed us to enhanced our remote meetings for a next level.

The App is available only as a web app. It doesn't offer any apps for mobile devices, or any other operating system, that's a down point, but i believe is easy to improve.

An amazing feature is that the app autosaves the board after every action which is great if you have multiple task or have to go to a meeting. Also you can access a history of the changes that have been made. That helps a lot.

We organize events and this is adding a big value to our digital setup. Now participants got the documentation of their webinar directly on a board and we do not need to send it out afterwards.

I have only the best things to say: nice user experience, attractive design - making the experience even better -, easy to use, one of the best collaboration tools I have ever used.

I definitely can't find anything that I didn't like.

It is an excellent tool for brainstorming, creating projects, or centralizing any kind of discussion or files that will later be accessed by the users involved. Practical, easy to use, and brilliantly optimizes tasks.

It was possible to discuss and integrate our discussion in real-time. Making projects with a huge collaboration, using the tools for voting, timer, etc. It is a perfect tool for online team collaboration.

I had a good experience and I couldn't find anything that could change this feeling, even the Conceptboard price is better than the others whiteboards. Nothing to dislike.

I need to plan my employees weekly and Conceptboard makes it easy to discuss with my colleagues how we are going to plan the day-by-day from the workers. I can easy create new boards and start brainstorming with colleagues.

It was very easy to use and better than what I expected. I think it's a good solution for internal communication and also to support hybrid and remote work.

It's not a dislike, but a suggestion. To have the tool in different languages to be more inclusive.
