"Great Experience with Compport"

What do you like best about Compport?

We were able to customise as per need and there was great support form the vendor partner for implementation

What do you dislike about Compport?

Nothing as of now seemed to be an issue with compport

"Great compensation software"

What do you like best about Compport?

The tool is able to provide a lot of analytics and dashboards where I can see important data of our teams in a single screen. The compensatoon planning part also looks very intuitive and easy to understand.

What do you dislike about Compport?

Yet to dislike a thing to be very honest. Great tool with all possible features one can imagine.

One place for my HR letters. Ease of use.

No downside, it just more organised way of getting my all letters from HR

I don't have to hop HR for all the previous appraisal letters. It is a go-to place for me and well organised.

The intelligence. It has figured out most of the complex scenarios and helps you bring in a good degree of process maturity at once.

I would prefer a more dynamic and even funky colour tone! ;)
