Catching suspicious behavior quickly

What do you like best about ComplyRadar?

I can use it to sort flagged transactions according to specified rules or based on the past performance. It allows me to sort through all the alerts I get and first look at the most dangerous ones and not waste time on a lot of false positives.

What do you dislike about ComplyRadar?

I suspect that the base rate settings are paranoid, which results in too much inquiry. The rules however require constant tweaking and refinement and this is an overhead of any already stretched team.

What problems is ComplyRadar solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can say that ComplyRadar definitely assists me inbeing aware of AML compliance. Transaction monitoring automation reduces my team’s workload and allows them to engage in more important operations.
