Moreover, the templates that they offer served as the bedrock and were of tremendous assistance in ensuring that everything was established in compliance and in a timely manner. The features, ease of integration, user friendly database, ease of implementation and customer support were exceptional. I frequently contacted my rep and customer support about inquiries based on the frequency of use of the database and becoming more familiar with the features it offered and they were always very responsive.

From my personal experience, I have not encountered nor can I speak to any dislikes.

With the assistance of Compliancy Group, policies and procedures ensuring HIPAA compliance have been established. Additionally, the resources of information relative to the legal requirements have been extremely beneficial in understanding the "why" relative to mandated compliance regulations.

Very knowledgeable on the latest HIPAA regs. CG make sure you have everything in place to maintain compliance. If CG give you their seal of approval you can rest that you are covered for HIPAA. This take the burden off companies that may have concerns if they are doing enough and putting themselves at risk.

The HIPAA videos cold be more updated and maybe an interactive questionnaire at the end which is scored.

Making sure we do not have to worry about HIPAA compliance so as a company we do not have to worry about the risk of not being in compliance should an issue occur.

I've used Compliancey Group "The Guard" software as a compliance consultant with several clients, from small business to middle market healthcare practices. What I love the most is that I can house literally all of my compliance work in one spot. Training, attestations, policies, and even accreditation standards and workflow. The dashboard makes it easy to see how the team efforts are coming along.

And if I run into a challenge with the software, the support team is responsive, knowledgable and quick to teach me or resolve an issue.

I use the Guard every single day.

I've used other compliance software products with clients and I keep coming back to The Guard. It's intuitive and easy to use. I look forward to a more robust LMS but it meets my needs today as it is, along with training that we customize and upload.

Compliancy Health Group Healthcare Compliance helped me sleep again at night without the constant worry of a HIPAA violation. Not only am I WELL prepared to avoid violations but I am also equipped with everything I need and a team to back me should it happen. It was just yesterday I had the thought creep back in..."what if.." but then I remembered what they have taught me, "You need to give a 'Good faith effort" and through Compliancy Group I am confident in that effort.

The only downside is the cost. However I do believe you get what you pay for and this fee is minimal in comparison to the potential settlement you'd have to pay should a violation happen.

The only downfall that I found with the Compliancy Group was that they didn't offer GDPR and PIPEDA compliance frames.

The Compliancy Group helped us to becoem fully HIPAA compliant, and to streamline all of our policies and procedures. It really helped our company with organization as a whole.

I have had official HIPAA training, but with all the changes, it became difficult to keep up. We have now streamlined using Compliancy group so all of our training is done online with a way to verify completion.

We have now been with them for a year and are here to stay! Tjey are so quick to assist when you need it and are so easy to work with!

Sometimes in newsletters there are acronyms used that I am not familiar with. Most of the time, the acronym is defined but sometimes I have to search it out to see if it applies to us. I think it would be very helpful to always spell out the acronym so we can become familiar and save time. Thank you!

I did not have any issues with Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance. My experience was great all around.

I like how easy to use and simple the site navigation is to establish new users and vendors.

The only thing I dislike about the Compliancy Group is that there are not multiple translations for the traning modules.
