I'm able to access and organize all my required training modules for both business and legal purposes. This service alerts me when new training is due and let's me access it quickly.

Not directly Outlook integrated but calendar objects can be downloaded. Lookup for some materials can be challenging but this is not a universal issue. Would be nice to integrate with teams or zoom for scheduled instructor led training.

Provides access to training modules and documents. Notifies users do they can stay up to date. Allows for access to already reviewed materials to refresh knowledge.

ComplianceWire is a wonderful learning management system that helps companies remain compliant and easily demonstrate employee training. It makes reporting a breeze with standard and custom reporting options. It has really streamlined what was a paper-based system. Curriculum management is simple. The icing on the cake is their standard library that has tons of courses covering topics like GMP, safety and leadership that anyone can easily sign up for. I would love to see this system implemented at every company I have worked in.

If you do not have the ability to create SCORM courses in house this service can be contracted but it can be very pricey. That being said SCORM courses are much more interactive and entertaining that a simple read and sign training so the cost is worth the product you get. Just something to consider when purchasing the system.

Curriculum management was vastly improved with the implementation of this system. It gave us the ability to quickly assess who should receive training when new procedures are rolled out.

Centralized access point for compliance training. Able to distribute materials to required use and track individual completion. Can link to a variety of material types for flexibility.

Not automatically linked with device calendar or other scheduling apps. External linked resources are harder to track beyond access. Sometimes searching for required training isn't easy.

Multiple user tracking and distribution of materials for compliance purposes. Administering and arranging training for safety and other needs. Accessible reference source for completed training materials.
