I really like how we can track and measure our performance on various KPIs filtered by any timeframe. The best feature of the app must be the website changes tracker that helps us see what changes our competitors make.

I don't have any dislikes about the app, all the required features in terms of social media tracking and website changes are fulfilled and shown in a usable manner

It's solving our need to monitor website changes from our competitors as well as social media tracking on their accounts so we can see what they communicate to their audience and how often.

I love that I get email updates daily with insights on what my competitors have been doing. It's great to see where I should improve. It has helped me a lot! The customer service is also amazing! I love that too. If you want your website to outrank your competitors then you have to try competitorsApp. It's a really amazing app for insights! I highly recommend it!

I like that it can save you so much time when it comes to competitors' analysis. You get all the information you need in one place. Whether we talk about newsletters, social media, ads, website changes - this tool has you covered.

This is extremely useful when you're in a highly competitive market and the time and resources you have at hand are limited. Also, getting daily notifications is a game-changer, we can stay up to date all the time and be responsive fast (if needed).

So far, so good. My experience with the software and the team has been really great. They're great!

I love that I am able as a marketer I am able to observe trends that are popular amongst my competitors and to be updated in real-time of their "moves", to say so. One of the main benefits is that we're able to take important decisions based on data. Most of the time we used to just go to their website, check out a few things, and maybe be subscribed to their newsletter. Now that we've taken it to the next level to Competitors App, we're able to develop our own positioning better.

The design can get a bit more UX friendly.

Set it up properly, and you're good to go.

I haven't had any problems so far but UX could be better.

Interface could be improved with onboarding steps, it seemed a bit confusing at first

There is a 24-48 hours time before they collect all the data from competitors, so be patient

I don't need to use or pay for multiple market research tools. It saved me a ton of time, especially because it includes social media channels too.

I really can't see any issues right now, it has a lot of potential to turn into a full array of competition monitoring tools

It will replace a lot of tools

Instead of having 3 or 4 tools to get some basic competitor information, you have everything you need in one single dashboard. Whatever needs for competition monitoring you may have, this will surely cover them and will give you some more on the side also :)

I love the Slack integration so that I can enter the app in the morning and see the summary of everything that happened while I was away.

It was easy to set up the app and I started monitoring what was happening at my competitors' pages right away. The tool provides a lot of valuable information and saves a ton of time compared to manual research.

- you will get information from all over the places: marketing campaigns, social media, newsletter, reviews. You will also know about their keywords and changes made on the website.

UI could be more up to date, it seems to look very old-fashioned.

You don't have to waste your time on market research anymore - you will get a clear view of what is your competition doing straight to your inbox.
