Are you a current user of this product?
No
PROS: It gives me clear visibility on orders, payments, time-ins/outs, product movement and inventory highs and lows. Having all these data in one location makes it easy to consolidate key details into meaningful reports.
CONS: None so far.
PROS: Navigating the UI is easy. The important features are one or two clicks away. Searching for items is likewise intuitive. Managing our inventory has never been this seamless.
CONS: While the functions are intuitive, I'm afraid the look needs improving.
PROS: It's an all-in-one package for us. Inventory management, accounting, employee scheduler, compliance and back office, everything is streamlined under a single system.
CONS: Expectedly, any robust system can be complicated at first. There's a lot of details to work on.
PROS: I like its accounting module. It's straightforward and easy to learn for a non-accountant owner like me. I spend less time crunching numbers and more time running my restaurant business.
CONS: A few bugs on occasions, but nothing serious. Support is reliable.
PROS: The calendar tool helped me a lot to spread out my staff's schedule in a way it matches the day's order volume. Our inventory is also always optimized, no less no more.
CONS: There must be a simpler way to allow staff members to see each other's schedule. Maybe an overview of the entire staff schedule?
PROS: It's easy to follow the interface plus the key tools are readily accessible. Wherever I am in the system I can quickly check orders and supplies to warn me of potential issues before they occur.
CONS: You will need patience and time to get the hang of the system. But once you go past training, you'll find the design intuitive to your needs. Inventory management systems are mostly complex solutions.
PROS: It's a robust system with plenty of tools to streamline your operation. For instance, consolidating individual item costs and linking them to the menu board of the POS, allowing for automated costing. I also find it helpful generating more accurate reports on accounts payables and other management reports.
CONS: It requires a bit of training especially for those who are not familiar with POS and inventory systems. There's always a risk that somebody might enter a wrong item or figure and that'll mess up costing.
