Company hub CRM provides a professional CRM solution to industries like IT, Life science. Empower agents to provide faster response times through quick messaging and personalized auto-response. I have been searching for years and now finally have found the best yet. The best feature of this application is document storage. I can store your documents as electronic files and there are some benefits of application document storage as opposed to the physical storage of paper documents. Another feature of this application which is mail marketing from this I can promote our business through the mail, from which I like to use this application. I can help to make my customer aware of my latest items. This application has also a tracking system like other applications. Contact management is one best feature of email marketing.
If I talk about the disadvantages one of the big disadvantages of this application is that it does not has a calendar and reminder system. I think it is one big disadvantage of this application. If I more talk about this application if very useful but its access is only for PC it does not has mobile access and no social media integration which is one of my favorite features in my business applications.
I have used this application for our business it is very useful to me because it promotes my business through email which I like. If I talk about storage it is also suitable for me I can store my paper documents as electronic files. Its automation system is flexible and easy. The overall experience has been good and I would recommend using this application.

SO clean, bright and modern layout - very intuitive, it is a pleasure to use! Ability to save hundreds of template emails that we use in our surveying/construction business. Ability to set various status's and LOVE the ability to monitor emails/notes/tasks all on the front page and with the ability to create additional TABLES of more data like for us SURVEYS and the PIPELINE is just Fab - We use it for a Sales pipeline and a WORKS pipeline and it helps us view all our prospects and works accepted on a funnel - we just love it. SO customisable -you can change EVERYTHING everywhere - it is just amazing!
I dislike NOTHING ! I would like for it to have the ability to generate SMS messages and also have an integrated word processor to create letters/guarantees/documents - also would love the ability to VIEW online all the attached documents. We have lots of images docs plans associated with a client and need to currently keep in DropBox to view as unable ti view without downloading. But it really is just an AMAZING bit of simple kit!

Then CompanyHub is the only choice. It is SO easy you dont require an expert to develop it! You can do it yourself. The support is fantastic and you wont look back. the efficiencies will more than pay for the cost!
We now have a database with all our - prospects, enquiries, suppliers, companies all in ONE place. We are able to quickly FILTER and view in different ways. We have the ability to put it onto iPads for our surveyors. It is a Task management software too - so no longer creating emails to surveyors with lists of people to call or written notes!
Ability to follow up on leads that in the past we have just "lost" - so a better conversion in sales. No longer need the WHIEBOARDS which we used to use all the time ! All built into this system which is just BRILLIANT !

My most favourite thing from the features was to customize almost everything in my quote, sales orders, purchase orders and make an invoice which I felt nice looking at so my clients would like it too.
It also has an option to track emails so it is best to know when clients have opened and have they read it completely or not.
