A software that can be used for b2b and b2c to comprehend with all our job demands. What a perfect application to shuffle the messages and provide all the necessary data to the users. A firm bond is built-up between you and customers. It helps to customize our email template by saving our precious time. your gross sales can be watched and market trends are merely a click away. I can enjoy its benefits by assimilating with other application so what are you think more just go and experience it.

What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?

everything that is useful also have its side effects so one must enjoy the beneficial deals and overlook the disadvantages as a room for improvement so, one disadvantage is its low capacity to store files and slow rate of sharing data if you want to enjoy its function at the fullest then you have to couple it with other application to save your time and money. Your application should be placed with authentic hands before you have any trouble in forecasting.

What problems is CompanyHub CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time saving, money saving and an awesome application to have as a business partner. My employment is divided and I feel free to save and share my files. Our business relations are strong enough by using this software and my sales are drawing better by managing my future ideas with outstanding capacity. My E-mails are watched and my customers, feel free to communicate with me.

What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?

Company hub CRM provides a professional CRM solution to industries like IT, Life science. Empower agents to provide faster response times through quick messaging and personalized auto-response. I have been searching for years and now finally have found the best yet. The best feature of this application is document storage. I can store your documents as electronic files and there are some benefits of application document storage as opposed to the physical storage of paper documents. Another feature of this application which is mail marketing from this I can promote our business through the mail, from which I like to use this application. I can help to make my customer aware of my latest items. This application has also a tracking system like other applications. Contact management is one best feature of email marketing.

What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?

If I talk about the disadvantages one of the big disadvantages of this application is that it does not has a calendar and reminder system. I think it is one big disadvantage of this application. If I more talk about this application if very useful but its access is only for PC it does not has mobile access and no social media integration which is one of my favorite features in my business applications.

What problems is CompanyHub CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used this application for our business it is very useful to me because it promotes my business through email which I like. If I talk about storage it is also suitable for me I can store my paper documents as electronic files. Its automation system is flexible and easy. The overall experience has been good and I would recommend using this application.

"WOW! I have been searching for years - and now finally have found the BEST yet!"
What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?

SO clean, bright and modern layout - very intuitive, it is a pleasure to use! Ability to save hundreds of template emails that we use in our surveying/construction business. Ability to set various status's and LOVE the ability to monitor emails/notes/tasks all on the front page and with the ability to create additional TABLES of more data like for us SURVEYS and the PIPELINE is just Fab - We use it for a Sales pipeline and a WORKS pipeline and it helps us view all our prospects and works accepted on a funnel - we just love it. SO customisable -you can change EVERYTHING everywhere - it is just amazing!

What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?

I dislike NOTHING ! I would like for it to have the ability to generate SMS messages and also have an integrated word processor to create letters/guarantees/documents - also would love the ability to VIEW online all the attached documents. We have lots of images docs plans associated with a client and need to currently keep in DropBox to view as unable ti view without downloading. But it really is just an AMAZING bit of simple kit!

Recommendations to others considering CompanyHub CRM:

If you are a micro business and have good systems and processes in place but all in the form of whiteboards, excel spreadsheets, email, forms, paper files and want to find a piece of software to get you automated and efficient. Then CompanyHub is the only choice. It is SO easy you dont require an expert to develop it! You can do it yourself. The support is fantastic and you wont look back. the efficiencies will more than pay for the cost!

What problems is CompanyHub CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have a database with all our - prospects, enquiries, suppliers, companies all in ONE place. We are able to quickly FILTER and view in different ways. We have the ability to put it onto iPads for our surveyors. It is a Task management software too - so no longer creating emails to surveyors with lists of people to call or written notes!

Ability to follow up on leads that in the past we have just "lost" - so a better conversion in sales. No longer need the WHIEBOARDS which we used to use all the time ! All built into this system which is just BRILLIANT !

What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?

I love how easy this is to use. Uploading my files was extremely quick and seamless. On top of a very customizable and easy-to-use product, their customer service is incredible! Company Hub founder, Abhishek personally reached out to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my trial and that service is why I stayed on as a client. I honestly can’t say enough great things about these guys!

I have yet to find something that I don’t enjoy working with.

So easy to use with a smart architect and way of thinking, Support is incredible as they answer questions very fast, giving variations of solutions, following up with us. The CRM is very openminded and can be customized to fit all industries and needs.

Nothing, almost nothing so far. as CompanyHub continually improve the system all the time

What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?

My most favourite thing from the features was to customize almost everything in my quote, sales orders, purchase orders and make an invoice which I felt nice looking at so my clients would like it too.

It also has an option to track emails so it is best to know when clients have opened and have they read it completely or not.

What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?

There is nothing to dislike about in Company Hub CRM, once you get how to use it at its 100% potential it becomes so easy to handle as well as helpful to any business needing a CRM to automize almost anything.

I am saving all my leads, contact details onto CompanyHub CRM and it is easy to send invoices to clients as well as track emails. It also helps to check how warm or hot a lead is.
