Some of the features i do not use. If i could remove to help other users in our company

Commusoft has streamlined many of our processes and eased the flow from customer booking to job completion and invoicing.

What do you dislike about Commusoft?

Not being able to edit an invoice address after creating an invoice.

What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of use for us, engineers and customers, from booking in, organising, invoicing and reminders.

I would like to be able to see all invoices due on an agents front page even if we have selected another invoice address.

It solves work flow problems and makes sure jobs aren't forgotten.

What do you like best about Commusoft?

The company has been a Commusoft customer for nearly three years. During this time we have gone from strength to strength and been able to grow our operations as a result of the support that the Commusoft field service software has been able to offer both to our engineers in the field and our office based admin staff. We are able to quickly communicate with field staff and turn around our servicing, estimating and invoicing in a fraction of the time our pre Commusoft processes allowed. We aim to continue our association with Commusoft, continue growing the business and taking advantage of the functionality that Commusoft has to offer at real value for money.

What do you dislike about Commusoft?

Inability to change invoice addresses and add cost lines within estimates

It helps speed up estimating and inviocing and improves cashflow

What do you like best about Commusoft?

We have been using Commusoft for many years; the service is outstanding, and it is the best software available for organising our business. The support is also excellent, I would recommend to anyone that wants an exceptional service to manage their business.

What do you dislike about Commusoft?

Nothing at all, it ticks all the boxes we require as a business.

What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a heating and plumbing company, so this allows us to manage our engineer's days and for the engineers to feedback on any information to the office so we can continue to run the business smoothly.

What do you like best about Commusoft?

Commusoft allows our job flow and diary management to be a simplified process, it is easy to take jobs and plan the diary, move jobs, invoice and take payments on job completion. Easy integration in to our accounting program has cut down a lot of manual entry issues.

What do you dislike about Commusoft?

The set-up some of the features can take a lot of set-up time and things like reminders that you can schedule automatically would like to see these more customisable in terms of messages being sent to individual customers.

What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Commusoft have automated a lot of our processes and this has been a time saving thing for us. Keeping customers infomed, scheduling and invoicing have benefitted us massively.

Commusoft is helpful for keeping engineers diaries organised and creating indepth job reports. Being organised is the key to a successful company and commusoft offers everything in one package. Great software and great technical help when needed.

We have nothing to dislike about commusoft it has served us well for the past 8 years

Integration facilities - the software links to Xero and various other cloud-based softwares

Speed can sometimes be slow - number of users for example can slow the processing speed

Very clean template and easy to use software, I also like the fact it is mobile and very easy to access

Sometimes the IOS apps on ios has glitches, but its sorted one deleted and downloaded
