The company has been a Commusoft customer for nearly three years. During this time we have gone from strength to strength and been able to grow our operations as a result of the support that the Commusoft field service software has been able to offer both to our engineers in the field and our office based admin staff. We are able to quickly communicate with field staff and turn around our servicing, estimating and invoicing in a fraction of the time our pre Commusoft processes allowed. We aim to continue our association with Commusoft, continue growing the business and taking advantage of the functionality that Commusoft has to offer at real value for money.

Commusoft allows our job flow and diary management to be a simplified process, it is easy to take jobs and plan the diary, move jobs, invoice and take payments on job completion. Easy integration in to our accounting program has cut down a lot of manual entry issues.
The set-up some of the features can take a lot of set-up time and things like reminders that you can schedule automatically would like to see these more customisable in terms of messages being sent to individual customers.
Commusoft have automated a lot of our processes and this has been a time saving thing for us. Keeping customers infomed, scheduling and invoicing have benefitted us massively.
Commusoft is helpful for keeping engineers diaries organised and creating indepth job reports. Being organised is the key to a successful company and commusoft offers everything in one package. Great software and great technical help when needed.

Integration facilities - the software links to Xero and various other cloud-based softwares
Speed can sometimes be slow - number of users for example can slow the processing speed
The support team are always looking to improve the software based on our recommendations
Very clean template and easy to use software, I also like the fact it is mobile and very easy to access
Sometimes the IOS apps on ios has glitches, but its sorted one deleted and downloaded

Sometimes there may be syncing issues but the customer service team are quick to help.
