Comidor offers impressive analytics tools that enable efficient material ordering. My team can easily create orders, monitor inventory levels, and track the status of our orders. This helps us manage our materials effectively and ensures that we always have the necessary ingredients. Additionally, Comidor's AI-powered forecasting tools provide accurate demand predictions, aiding us in ordering the right amount of materials. Finally, Comidor's seamless integration with other business applications and tools is a significant advantage. We can seamlessly connect our material ordering processes with accounting or inventory management, streamlining workflows and facilitating communication between departments. As a result, our overall efficiency has improved significantly.
According to some of my team members, setting up or configuring Comidor software can be challenging at first, which may necessitate additional training or support to ensure proper configuration. However, despite these initial small difficulties, we are extremely satisfied with the platform's rich features and high quality.
Prior to implementing Comidor, our material ordering process lacked efficiency. We relied on manual processes that were both time-consuming and prone to errors. Moreover, our inventory levels and order status were difficult to track, resulting in a lack of visibility. With no centralised system to track orders, we struggled to monitor inventory levels, making it challenging to identify delays or shortages.
The new interface is fantastic with unlimited customization capabilities. Consulting processes are fully automated and automatic tasks and reminders are set to go directly to the responsible according to the process logic and rules implemented in the workflow design. The workflow and the application built with low-code can be edited and modified by our team with no coding experience. The Low-code functionalities of Comidor is exactly what we needed. We managed to build by ourselves new applications with workflows for customer service and I like most that our clients can take part in the process, allowing the workflow to go to the next step. This way, we save a lot of time by not sending different requests via email and waiting for responses to proceed to next tasks.
The version upgrades come with numerous improvements and new features, that make our business life better and simpler, but there is need for a lot of training and testing if everything run properly and no issues appeared in our workflows.
Our main problem was to manage our consulting projects with different clients, and have all the information in one place. Communication was challenging and many details were missed because they were not inserted in one system used by everyone in our company.

I like how easy it is to build both manual and automated tasks without having to write any code. Even without any coding skills, several of our corporate users were able to successfully design a workflow using Comidor.
The tool has allowed us to easily streamline and automate difficult , sophisticated processes where multiple departments and users were involved. The workflow designer of Comidor includes a wide variety of powerful technologies such as RPA and cognitive automation tools (AI/ML).
I haven't encountered any problems with this platform yet, but I'll update my review if I do.
Bottlenecks and limited transparency were slowing us all down ( Sales & Marketing, Finance, Client Services). We managed to create 3 advanced, multi-department workflows for our core processes. In this way, we streamlined our processes, and we reduced manual, time-consuming tasks.
Comidor offers a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface for designing powerful workflows. People with little to no programming experience can automate their processes using RPA and AI tools (sentiment analysis, predictive ML, text classification, etc.).
Also, Comidor allowed seameless integration with our internal DMS and other external systems.
Finally, this tool runs on the cloud so our team can have access to it through any device, wherever they are, which makes it really helpful.
So far, I didn’t identify any issues with Comidor. What’s more, the Comidor team is always willing to help and upgrade the product.
Make sure to document all requirements and then ask for a POC. In this way, the Comidor team will visualize how the final solution will look like.

Although the software is very intuitive and easy-to-use, I found the lack of customization options to be limiting. However, the home dashboard is fully customizable and can be tailored to suit my exact needs. I place important information on that, quick access buttons to open the most relevant applications and start any process.
