The feature to create a workflow has helped and reduced the involvement of other hiring managers. This helps to keep it organized and sorted for the individual departments. Its really very user friendly and customizable.

Managing the hiring process.
It's a very user friendly tool, and facilitates the overral recrutment process in a very eficient way. You just need a 15 min walkthrough to be familiarized with it.
There really isin't any thing that i can point out in this regard. I like to use it, and haven't found any issues while doing so.
I'd like to see improvements on the tasks tab, it should have the open positions button, instead of the user having to go click on the "My Open Positions" it should show all the buttons there.
It speeds the refferals and enables a more precise data base for the candidates that apply to our open positions. And the coments that are done i regards to positives or negatives feedback enable the team to be more agile on the screening
Comeet is quite intuitive once you get the basics down. I like the "my tasks" pane and that I can sort by status, position, steps, and more.
No major complaints, just little tweaks that would make things a little bit easier. A dedicated "inbox" section for unread messages would be helpful, rather than only seeing the icon on the candidate.
Comeet is helping us scale dramatically by having a solid applicant tracking system in place. If we did not have the organization that Comeet offers, we would have a hard time keeping up with our hiring needs.
I find it a very easy system, simple to learn and use. You can find everything you need in one place.
If i have to say something, that would be the reports, i would like them to be a bit more detailed.
It helps to keep all the necessary steps through recruitment in one place, makes it easy for everyone in the organisation to see by themself.

I like Comeet because I could track candidates in a consolidated place, interact with my colleagues in the platform by tagging them on specific tasks, and always stay on top of tasks.
The only thing I disliked was that sometimes when I would hit on my back button it would take me to the Comeet homepage rather than the page I would be working on.
The problem that Comeet is filling is being able to help me give comments on applicant tracking, track collaboration, and overall just be a part of the HR process that I was never in before! Such a great tool!

I am an experienced recruiter with over 14 years in the recruitment worlds and I have used quite a few ATS systems, Commet is one of the most intuitive and convenient systems I have ever worked with. The system is very easy to use, and as a recruiter and TA manager & program manager, it is very convenient to extract statistics and reports from it. I have managed to show the conversion rates and work statistics and a good way in the systems, when I was missing data regarding the distribution of candidate’s sources l and their calculation in percentages, I contacted support, and they created the report for us. We are enterprise and it is evident that there is an effort on their part to develop and update processes over time. the add-in for the Auto scheduling interviews and 365 integration is good and efficient.
I have worked with the last 5 months and it's a good ATS and will recommend it with a massive way.
Resume filtering and duplications create clutter, it narrows down with the new questions feature they issued and it looks like it's starting to get better
The system enables efficient transition between jobs and positions, and we began using it as a tool for mapping existing employees and their key characteristics for internal movement . It allows us to automate interview scheduling processes that reduces work time, the system allows employees to post the jobs out on a customized link, which allows us to keep track of Referral’s program, and in general creates good tracking of recruitment sources and conversion rates in recruitment processes. more than that we have good understanding on team workload and distribution.
