What do you like best about Collective Health?

Having access to plans and details through an app has been super helpful. If I'm out running errands and have an appointment to get to, I'm not needing to triple check that I have my card with my.

What do you dislike about Collective Health?

I'm not if this exists, but a clear layout of which issues should be routed to support within Collective Health or otherwise directly to the insurance company would be helpful.

It's very user-friendly!

Excellent way to manage your health benefits information!

What do you like best about Collective Health?

I like that I have a one-stop shop to access all information about my health benefits. Particularly, I love having access to all my insurance cards on my phone and not have to worry about carrying the physical cards with me.I also like that you can find health providers on the map.

What do you dislike about Collective Health?

I am satisfied as it is. Don't have any major problems.

What problems is Collective Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

Selecting a health care provider and keeping my health insurance cards organized. I have medical, dental, and vision insurance cards on there.

Collective Health makes it easy to find covered care nearby!

What do you like best about Collective Health?

Collective health has a great use interface, making it easy to navigate the app. It also has a map feature so you can see what doctor or hospital is the closest place to make an appointment. You can download your insurance cards which is super nice.

What do you dislike about Collective Health?

Haven't found anything I dislike besides still having to call the office to make sure they cover you.

What problems is Collective Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

Booking appointments has been super easy, I have saved a lot of time using this app.

Enjoy! It's great. Much better than other programs I've used in the past.

Remote healthcare was easy to access. Finding a provider was easy. I had to file a claim after the fact and that was super easy. Additionally, the mobile access was easy and productive.

Collective Health is Awesome

What do you like best about Collective Health?

I like the interaction it gives me. Communication is excellent and lets me know if it's for billing or something I need to do.

No complaints so far. Login is easy and calling is a breeze.

Its an issue with most apps, not having up to date about their providers, but collective health does do much better than most. I appreciate it!
