I do not have any dislikes in their company.

They provide different tools/solutions based on your existing infrastructure and email provider.

The only problem I have encountered was to familiarize with their process and it benefit me from doing multi tasking job efficiently.

Well.. This is exactly what I wanted to manage multiple emails and not having to spend hours on the fishing for the email that I want...

The only thing I hate is that 'Attachments' don't get attached in Sugar when done through Collabspot.

Well... If you had trouble organizing emails and making your CRM and email tool work together. Collabspot is the answer.

It's always a problem to look for client approval on certain decisions that our clients arrive at. Using Collabspot, I'm able to tie them to Accounts, Contacts so that I can reference when I need it from SugarCRM.

Collabspot seamlessly integrates SugarCRM and Gmail in Chrome and allows you to manage your SugarCRM data from your Gmail browser window. I love how easy it makes it to create new records based on the people who have emailed you. And Archiving emails is easy!

It only runs in Chrome, and does not automatically log emails unless you tell it to for a certain contact.

If you are running Gmail in Chrome, Collabspot is the best solution to integrate with SugarCRM.

Integrating CRM and Email is critical to my customers. It allows them to store copies of important email conversations for later review and analysis.

I found this to be super useful for collaborating on design and engineering projects. It was especially useful for collecting feedback from customers and other internal employees to help steer the project.

The integrations could be more robust with this, especially if the team is functioning mostly in MS office and want to integrate that to Collabspot. However, it is useful as an all in one platform.

This solved the problem of collecting feedback and entering into one repository. Before this the team typically collected feedback in excel and then imported to another tool, this allows us to design and review in one platform.

Being able to bring attachments over to SugarCRM was a nice perk.

We had issues with permissions of templates but the customer support is fairly responsive and in live chat

We hoped to get important emails into our crm. We thought Collabspot would help and it did but team adoption was bad, doesn’t work with the new gmail and overall bogs the browser down.
