It presents an accuracy in the data that brings confidence allowing to leave the data always updated. A centralized search can be done depending on the industry. Data availability ranges from finance to products. It has integration with the software that we are used to with CRM. Companies with a large number of segments have the facility to quickly filter and search what they want.
I have no criticism about the product. Don't have any problems using it.
I recommend it because it complies with what is offered. It has quality information and is very easy to use. They have great features that take you to the right place.
The company was looking for a solution that would answer data search more quickly and with Colabo we acquired it. It has always kept the company updated on all changes in the sectors.
I have been using Colabo for about 8 months now and I really like it a lot. The people at Colabo are great [friendly, very responsive, very helpful] and the product interfaces very nicely with LinkedIn and Salesforce. Basically it saves me a lot of time by automatically pushing/entering my contact's information from LinkedIn over into Salesforce so I don't have to cut-and-paste all those tedious contact details. And then you can move easily back and forth between Colabo, Salesforce and LinkedIn.
Colabo also provides a nice snapshot view of a your LinkedIn Contact's timeline activities as well as the LinkedIn groups that they belong to. Another nice feature is that if I am in LinkedIn and select a potential contact Colabo tells me right away whether the lead is already in Salesforce or not and if it is in Salesforce it tells me when it was added, etc.
There is nothing about it that I dislike.

It saves time entering contact details and provides a summary view of each individual contact.
As an Inside Sales Representative getting net new meetings with prospects is part of my job description. A combination of phone calls, emails, and social media have proven to be the most effective way to set meetings with qualified prospects. Colabo has helped streamline my daily workflow, get more qualified meetings, and ultimately build my pipeline. Great tool that I believe any salesperson looking to get more "At bats" would find extremely valuable.
While I believe Colabo does a great job of listening to user-feedback and has a healthy schedule of product updates (seems quarterly), some of the cons are:
* It takes time to understand how to take full advantage of the platform. A training definitely helps up-front, however, Colabo should look to make their product even more intuitive.
* While a LinkedIn subscription isn't necessary, in the industry that I work in (data storage) it's practically a requirement to really benefit from the features Colabo provides.
Consider how many tools your currently using. We found that we had "Tool Spaghetti" and Colabo was comprehensive enough to replace a number of these tools.
We're solving a need for more pipeline via net new meetings with cold prospects. Qualification is extremely important as I work for a start-up and resources are limited. Colabo helps me find the right people upfront so that any meetings set have already taken a great first step towards qualification.
Colabo is a fantastic product. Very stable and does a great job to help make my sales processes smoother. I strongly recommend giving this product a shot.

I like that Colabo allows the implementation of bots for customer service, optimizing the company's sales channel by solving and channeling the most frequently asked questions.
At the moment I have not found many things that I don't like, however I think the platform is on the right track, it lacks functionalities that other platforms have but it is functional.
Within the company many people are implemented for the commercial and support area, I am sure that by implementing this tool Bot automation can optimize the area and thus can offer a much more optimal and faster service.
