What do you like best about Upvio?

The setup is straightforward and very smooth going. I was able to sign up in a few minutes only; I love the features of their email signature option; it automatically provides pretty signatures from where I get the best compliment.

What do you dislike about Upvio?

Whenever we request some functions to make it takes time to get it done, from where we have to wait for it, all parts are almost paid, which is not suitable for all of the people using it.

What problems is Upvio solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is based on the cloud, and when something comes with it, its functionality is smooth and easy; so I like how they organize and schedule several events, so yes this is a very beneficial thing to use.

New and Useful Software

PROS: Usually, I use new tools and software considering the fact that they base their efforts on the drawbacks of already existing similar tools/software. Cogsworth is just what I need. I just spend a couple of minutes opening 30-minute time slots and send it to the people I am going to talk to. Then I go do my business and at the end of the day, I check my appointments for the next day. Easy and affordable! I like it that you can choose to ask questions to your partners. It gives you an idea on what to base your speech

CONS: There should be a better on-boarding. There is a guidance, a tutorial but if the setup was done one by one, meaning they guide you to set up your calendar, then give the embed code which you could choose to skip. And all the setups could go this way, it would be easier for everyone to quickly be on-boarded.

100% transparency into my business

PROS: It is transparent and all the team members can see who's booked when, when they have available time and if the person chose a team member or gave no preference who they will talk to. Based on this, we judge the team's performance and discuss why website visitors chose that very team member over others. This has been really helpful and the need to spend more time on discussion and communication lessened due to the fact that nobody needs to prove us anything; the result is just there!

CONS: There is no backend translation, only front-end. There is no translation of user interface into other languages, you can only translate the booking form.

The most time-saving and flexible software I could have found

PROS: 1. No credit card required when signing up. Lots of times I didn’t sign up for a tool or a service as they required a credit card and after the trial, took money from my card without any notification. 2. It is very easy to set up 3. You can schedule multiple events 4. The form is easy to fill out 5. It is cloud-based which means I don’t have to download an app (I am always low on memory) 6. You can ask questions to the people you are going to have an appointment with

CONS: You don't have the ability to change the way the form from one question at a time to displaying all questions at once.

No back-and-forth emails needed!

PROS: Cogsworth website is very easy to navigate and find the information you need. When I signed up, it was really fast to send an email and verify my account. This step was very fast and easy, I liked it a lot. This was my first impression of Cogsworth and for me, it showed the care and attention for their product and their job the team has. Scheduling is so simple and lets me do everything in no time

CONS: I would like the free plan to have more features than it has now. I tried the "Solo" plan and it was difficult to come back to the basic plan. I would really love to have email follow-ups.

"Flexible software, saves a lot of time"
What do you like best?

Practical software, really very easy to configure, you can organize and schedule several events, simple and convenient form to complete, I love it because it is based on the cloud, you can also ask questions of the person with whom you are going to have an appointment.

Registration is simple, it is a great tool very simple to implement, really useful for service providers to make their reservations online.

What do you dislike?

There are features that are necessary and not yet.

Almost all small functions are paid.

It has very few cons but the ones it has are important to me.

Everything is very organized and is really easy to use.

You can make important notes and you can customize them (color, notifications).

Excellent way to organize schedules of my staff, facilitates appointments 100%, and you can make invitations to new people In a very practical and efficient way.

Note history is also a great tool.

It is a good software for managing your business, personal and other schedules

PROS: It is very fast and easy to set up a meeting or change something in the schedule. Also, the website can be connected to users mail, and it will notify them about your upcoming meetings. It makes their job easier and they don’t have to make lots of clicks, go to a landing page.

CONS: It doesn’t have email marketing as part of the platform. I do get notifications about my scheduled events but as a marketing strategy, they don’t send emails like newsletters, reminders to upgrade to the paid plan and so on.

Helps me be an organized and a high-level professional

PROS: Free Plan. Why I highlight it is because I need to look professional and when I was a startup, my business didn’t suffer and kept my professional appearance in front of my partners. I like the email signature generator as it provides all the details necessary for having a good impression. You can also change the CTA from Book with me to whatever you want the person to see. Another really important thing is timezone integration. I am constantly having a problem with calculating the time difference between me and my partners. But with Cogsworth, this problem is solved as I choose the time of the meeting according to my time zone and they see it according to theirs.

CONS: It doesn’t have direct integration with WeChat. My Chinese partners are using WeChat and Cogsworth doesn’t have it integrated.

"Absolutely LOVE it! Better than the competition"
What do you like best?

I especially love their e-mail signature option. Cogsworth automatically creates a pretty nice signature and appointment button from your company data, and you can customize it as you like. I have received positive feedback both from interns as from clients after I added my new signature. Additionally, their UI is much better and easier to use than Calendly's- which I found fairly confusing, despite a seemingly "simple, thread-like" design. Booking appointments is now so much easier!

What do you dislike?

The booking setup is fairly easy, but it took me a while to find the signature option- and whilst Cogsworth sends you a string of training videos when you sign up, I didn't see one on signatures. Note: this could lead to many more happy customers. The MS Teams integration didn't work properly, which I assume was rather an issue caused by MS Teams than Cogsworth, since zoom worked well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it for appointment and zoom scheduling, mainly. I also used it to create awesome e-mail signatures for my team and me. I sometimes also use their calendar function to see how many scheduled appointment I have coming up the following week.
