CogniSaaS has a great and broad way to track customer's projects. I really like the stages that can be tracked for each customer, even including different deals into one company. Milestones can have different scenarios such as "not initiated" all the way down to "completed". I really like the percentage bar that shows the progress with each customer. Also, customer details can be populated, such as project start date, ARR, industry, segment and even sales or post sales stages. All in all this is a great way to track stages with customers and remind properly yourself and create awareness of the required steps so that the projects can add success to our CSM role!
