The UI and User Experience of Codility was mind-blowing. There was no lag in Codility. Everything was very smooth.

Maybe there could have been some kind of monitoring system like through a camera or mic in order to bring equality in test within everyone attempting the exam. Just my opinion.

Way better than other websites and the ability to use various languages was welcoming to me.

Codility focus on efficiency and performance, providing real-time feedback that helps developers optimize their code and prepare effectively for technical interviews.

What I dislike about Codility is the limited free content and the lack of community interaction, which can make it harder to fully explore the platform and learn collaboratively.

Codility solves the problem of evaluating and improving coding skills by offering a platform with a wide range of algorithmic challenges and real-time coding assessments. This benefits me by providing a structured environment to practice and refine my problem-solving abilities, especially in preparation for technical interviews, ensuring I can write efficient and optimized code under pressure.

All-in-one tool that lets candidate use different languages, get problem prompt and compile/run their code. I also like that I can take notes within the same window during the interview.

No debugging feature for the code, makes it more difficult for candidates to fix problems.

Giving a clean platform to use to to evaluate candidates coding skills.

I recently attempted Codility. Honestly, I would say it was some mix of both challenge and insight. The platform is quite well designed with a smooth interface to coding, clear problem statements, and real-time feedback about performance.

Probably, one of the issues with Codility is that the tests can sometimes appear a little too edged on the edge cases. I think it might be frustrating for developers more accustomed to solving practical, everyday problems. In some cases, very severe time limitations and scoring systems really add unnecessary stress on candidates. Instead of exploring creative solutions, candidates focus more on trying to get a qualifying score.

Codility helps bridge the challenge of assessing coding skills on objective and efficient grounds. For me, it's like a mentor, which initiates you to first of all think as a software engineer would, maximize your codes, and be considerate of the edge cases in real-world conditions. Providing problems that are similar to those you might encounter in a job interview or while trying to solve especially complex coding problems on the job makes the process of preparing for technical interviews much easier.

Compatibility, Accessibility, ease of use and implementation, great integration, customer support, many features and fast and seemless experience.

There no dislikes, just the suggestion to run more testcases and show the output against them.

It helped to give the technical assessment and it will help me to land my dream job.

I like that Codility is focussed - and does not interfere with coding by including unnecessary coding hints/autocompletions.

Perhaps the default font could be increased a little.

Codility creates a cool platform for interviewer and interviewee to go through a coding thought process easily.

Interviewees need freedom from distraction while working on a problem, and

Code builds quickly. There are lot of languages available to choose from. It's easy for multiple people to work on it at the same time.

The page is not intuitive, a lot of features are not easy to navigate. For example:

1. the start interview is at the top corner, instead it should be somewhere easily found.

2. Also, i couldn't find options to add more tasks.
