I like that I can go to one place to manage all signatures within its central management which allows for consistenacy across all users. The amount of information we can pull when applying our signatures ensure proper titles and company links are shared.

I am always looking for the right price and for some solutions CodeTwo can be a bit pricey but the things I like best about it out way the price point.

Code provides company wide signatures which helps in two ways. It applies them after a message is sent meaning the conisistency stays the same for all users. On the security side it is a clear indication that a message coming from "inside" but doesn't have a Diamond approved signature is a dead give away. Of course we have other mechanisms but that is one of the easiest to spot.

Some colleagues have crafted their own signatures, as the signature on a local Exchange Server is attached only after the email is sent. With CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365, the signature is inserted directly while writing the email in Outlook. Very cool!

Centralized email signature service for Microsoft 365 with local serverlocations. Independent of the device the signature will appear in the email. Even from webservices without an actual email software client can use signatures because it's server side. Awesome functionality.

So far no problem or any dislikes. Support is also quick if there is anything not working as expected.

CodeTwo is in my case one of the best O365 and Exchange Online Signature Solutions as it is flexible and full of features and also easy to use for our customers. I really like the software!

There are not much thinks to dislike, but i think the preparations for azure ad connect are a little bit easy to misunderstand, but when everything is configured once, it works like a charm!

CodeTwo is replacing the individual signatures of the users and they can benefit that everybody in the company now has the same centralized signature.

Also the marketing department can manage the signatures globally.

The solution is easy to manage and the features are fantastic.

Setting up the software was very easy. There are also many videos and tutorials that are very helpful.

Not much. The only thing missing is the Email Signature Rules Tester feature that was available in the CodeTwo Exchnage Rules Pro version, but that's not really a major issue.

The most important thing is that the solution is the best in its field.

Through this solution, we can ensure that all users have the appropriate signature in their mails. In this way, we present a standardised image to the outside world.

The implementation and usage is very easy. HTML and Plain-Text signatures are easy and fast to set up and we have multiple ways of adding them to our mails.

At the beginning we had a few questions and had fast and helpful advice from the support. Great!

The solution is just great for managing signatures. It does not matter how complex your infrastructure is. You can deploy as many signatures as you want, any changes you make take direct effect, so you don´t have to wait when you want to make a change to your signatures.

It integrates very well into your existing mailflow and is used every time you send an e-mail, no matter if it is sent from a mobile device or even a shared mailbox.

It is super-easy to set up, it is very affordable and the support is great! There´s no asking the same stupid questions like typical support but fast and direct help in order to solve your problem.

I highly recommend CodeTwo (not only for signatures but also for migration tools) to anyone who wants to implement or optimize their Office 365.

There´s hardly anything I don´t like about it. As CodeTwo adds more and more features and is very affordable there is nothing negative I could say.

If you want to make an announcement for holidays or inform your customer about any new information you don´t have to check that all your employees edit their signature properly. Sometimes external users are assigned with licenses without being enrolled or added to groups and we have to reset the licensing count (minor issue, no user impact, happened 2 or 3 times in our 2 year contract so far)
