Its technical team is very helpful and a very smooth communication happened between us. Network monitoring has become no longer our headache after it as its tools have proved so helpful and useful for us in network management.

Its pricing is a source of trouble for us. We have found it as a high rate software although the features it offers are quite amazing it is hard for us to afford it.
