It's really easy to set up and manage. A great interface that's easy to use and the ability to use defined shortcuts to certain calendars is a plus.
Would like to see a better mobile experience, but I hear it's coming!

We have been able to reduce the time spent interacting with clients just to find a time. We have also been able to put the control back to the client so they can schedule a time that works for them. It's reduced our admin time and made the client experience so much better.
I love how easy it is to organize services, locations, times, and staff schedules. The whole platform, back-end and client view is so intuitive. I also am very impressed with how open the Coconut team is with enhancements and product development.
I will say, it is difficult to manage staff that work at multiple locations but do not have regular schedules. Also, I'd like to see more analytics on the channels clients are using to book appointments.
From a marketing standpoint, we are able to provide our members and community with an easier way to schedule with staff at a time and location that works for their busy schedules. We are one of the few financial institutions in our area that are able to provide this as an option.

It not only allows customers to schedule appts online, but it also allows us to communicate any changes in the appt work the customer and allows us to track walk in customers.
I haven't seen anything that I dislike in my experience.
