"Great features & Easy to use"

What do you like best about CocoFax?

CocoFax is so easy to navigate; everything you need is easy to find. I love the email notifications of a fax received and sent. It integrates with my most used products like Google! The price is great too!

What do you dislike about CocoFax?

I have yet to see downsides at this time.

"Easiest eFax Service Hands Down"

What do you like best about CocoFax?

The best part of CoCoFax is how easy it is to use. In less than 5 minutes I was able to set up my account, send the fax and received the confirmation page. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to send/receive faxes, CocoFax is the company to use.

What do you dislike about CocoFax?

At the time of typing this review, I have not found any issues with the service.

What problems is CocoFax solving and how is that benefiting you?

CocoFax is solving an issue of contacting a local landline provider and dealing with any and all issues that could arise from the installer being late or not showing up to a household pet chewing through a phone line.

Can"t beat the price, and the process is seamless and perfect. A superb solution for faxing. It enables you to eliminate the archaic use of fax machines and unnecessary dedicated fax lines.

Convience the does for you, I needed to get some things faxed and I did it in no time

The ease of use and being able to fax without a landline was awesome.

The only thing I would have to pick on the dislike portion of the review would have to be pricing value. But overall not so bad for the business side.

What do you like best about CocoFax?

I love how easy it was to set up and send my first e-faxes! I'm not too fond of learning new tech, so I was thoroughly tickled when my first faxes went out without a hitch, and I got instant feedback that it worked! Also, I made a mistake on my account setup, and I received a quick response when I wrote in for help. I sure appreciated the customer support.

Not a thing to complain about at this stage.

"Well designed, full featured and economical"

What do you like best about CocoFax?

Cocofax has an easy to use and intuitive user interface. It also has all the features I want.

What do you dislike about CocoFax?

It took a while for the Android app to be usable but in the meantime the website worked fine. However I was impressed that after some time had passed support contacted me and told me that the problem was fixed. With so many apps this did not happen. Good job Cocofax!

Recommendations to others considering CocoFax:

You can turn off faxes being endless to you with notification of sent and received faxes. This is a really good idea for security.
